Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandHousekeeping is non-existent unless you request it. However, they do resupply towels and water daily. Front desk personnel speak little English, but make a great effort to communicate. Premium English language TV channels are PPV.
Location is good. Building is new and in great shape. View of the harbor is fantastic. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Can walk around harbor in an afternoon.

South KoreaYou have to let the staff know that you need your room cleaned. I thought they will do that as a routine to every room and every day.
The room has a washing machine that we can clean our clothes and there are plenty of cupboards to store things away. Location is great easy to excess to everywhere and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

The location was perfect, which was near the Central market and the harbour and not far from the express bus terminal. Convenience stores were nearby as well. The room had a microwave oven and an induction stove.

The location of the property is convenient with a bus stop that services buses that is able to bring us to the various places of interests, Mount Seorak, bus terminals etc. it also helps that there is a 24hr restaurant in front of the bus stop to cater to our meals whenever needed

New ZealandI arrived just before check in time and was happy to just drop off my bag but was told my room was ready and paid. After I checked out I was chased down the street by the receptionist who demanded a surcharge for the extra hour. whilst in the end I didn’t pay it was not a great experience for what was already a high price rate. Also had to request housekeeping clean bathroom floor which had hair from previous guest.

United StatesWe are a family of six and booked the family suite for six people. there wasnt enough blankets and there was an extra charge for extra set of blankets. also, we stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and there was no housekeeping on the second day. Lastly, TV remote does work. We reported it and someone came up quickly and fix it Bad remote and he swapped it out. The same night, the second remote stopped working. we just gave up. No TV for the kids but I guess that is a blessing.
New facilities, spacious room, and clean. staff was very friendly and tried there vest.
