The design of the shower was flawed and it caused the bathroom floor to flood with water.

The Coolest Hotel lived up to its name. Everything was beautifully styled and fit out. They were good sized rooms with awesome views of the ocean. The rooftop pool was very picturesque. The breakfast packs were a lovely touch too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and size was good. I cannot emphasize how wonderful the staff were 10/10. They put in so much enough into making sure I was comfortable during my stay, they were also kind enough to answer my questions about transportation, nice eating spots etc. I loved that the breakfast was packed and ready to go. If I do visit Busan again in the future, I’d definitely stay here.

we had a slight issue with the shower, it splashed everywhere in the bathroom. that’s us being extremely nitpicking though, it was amazing

My only complaint, and it’s not a big deal, is that milk was not available for coffee with breakfast. I solved this by picking up a small container at the GS25 across the street.

They didn’t make up our room one day when we wanted them to. Strong perfume smell in halls that was a bit much for me. No laundry service.

Loved the room! We had a bathtub in our room with a view of the sea, and it became my nightly routine to sit in the hot tub while listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the moonlight. Songjeong is a cool surfing beach, so we got to watch surfers from sun up to sun down. Great cafes nearby with big windows for sea views. Nice burger place across the street. Breakfast was just a little bagged sandwich and some fruit (same every day), but it tasted good! There is a train that runs frequently that runs to Haeundae beach. And we were able to walk north to the temple (45 min).

Great hotel when it gets going. Visited in early in the season and felt very quiet. Cool place, maybe a bit gimmicky but nothing to bad to say about their cleanliness or facilities, really good on that

The slippers they provided were kinda flimsy...but at least they provided them! Also when we asked for extra pillows, they said they had none?!

The room and view was great. We booked the coolest ocean suite on 11th floor which only had 4 suites on the entire floor. The bathtub overlooking the ocean, rain shower, and huge bathroom with bidet was awesome. We didn't have chance to use or check out the rooftop pool unfortunately. They also gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the hotel cafe...simple food but tasty and you can take with you. Staff was also very friendly. The hotel also provided robes and slippers.

For us it was a bit far out of Busan but depends what you’re after as there is a beach and lots of restaurants nearby. It was just difficult to do day trips outside of Busan due to having to travel an hour for the bus station/trains.

Loved the rooftop pool and free breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

The parking wasn’t very convenient. All cars were blocking each other which meant having to be called to move cars when needed.

I loved everything about the property

The staff were very welcoming, the views were even better. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is close to main attractions depending on what you like. The rooftop pool and hot tub are definitely worth it with the amazing views as the sun sets.

Extremely noisy room. The hotel is located next to a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep with the noise of the cars during the night. We also travelled with our 1.5 years old baby and unfortunately the hotel could not provide anything the sleep on for our baby. We asked for a baby cot or an extra blanket er pillow but nothing was possible. In all the hotels that we visited during our trip in korea we never had this problem. The bed is also very hard compared to other beds.

Very nice interior and design hotel. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included. This is a nice plus to start the day. The hotel is also located very close to the famous temple and train ride to wipo. This is very good and we enjoyed all these activities near Busan.

The breakfast was really bad: 1 croissant ham/cheese, 1 coffee OR juice, a few small pieces of fruit. Every day the same and no choice. You couldn’t get more. You had to pick it up in the lounge and eat it in your room.

One girl at the reception was really nice, she gave us more cups for the coffee machine and water when we asked.
