The reception counter was vacant quite often (or maybe i was just unlucky). It is difficult to seek assistance and check in without a korean number to contact the staff.

Not quite sure about the towel situation - the listing says you can pay extra for towels but they just gave us hand-towels to use as bath towels, which was just OK. Hard to communicate with the staff.

Loved our corner apartment. Compact but so very well appointed and the washing machine was a fabulous bonus. BYO washing powder/liquid tho. Appreciated the good quality linen and comfortable pillow. Well located with everything we wanted to see either within walking distance or via bus accessed close to the complex.

small towels. You get them everywhere in Korea, but they are just not handy, specially when a woman need to wash her hair.

No chance to communicate with anyone in any language except korean. With Apps or with hands and feet, it was ok.... but don't expect any advice. You have to collect organic waste in special bags you (normally) get at the front desk, but you have to ask for it (in Korean, IF you know you have to...) 😇

Great location, well equipped, and spacious apartment. Unrivaled price value ratio. 10 minutes walk from Express Bus Terminal (to/from Seoul) and E-Mart (real supermarkt, not the 24-version). Direct connection to Intercity Bus Terminal with Bus Line 1 opposite side of the street.

The staffs were not very nice.. you could hear the wind a lot from outside.. the living room was pretty chily but when I put the temp up, the bedroom got extreamly hot… Had to walk 10 mins to park which is annoying

Rooms are as shown on the pictures. Nice to have a kitchen with two plates and a microwave to cook basic meals. Also nice to have a washing machine in the room. 3min walk to the beach.

Toilets always clogged. The staff didn t speak a word of english, not easy to communicate.

Hotel staff unable to communicate in English. Not a major hurdle but don't expect too much from them.

The hotel is more like a service apartment ànd equip with a small kitchen, washer and a high tech dryer. Room comes with heated floor so it is very comfortable during winter. We stayed for 3 nights and love the washing machine and dryer after full day of outing. Hotel is about 300 meters from the express bus terminal and 400 meters from Sokcho beach. Do note hotel staff can't speak English and they rely on translation tool to get the message across, so there are hits and misses, but attitude is ok. Overall, we like our stay there and will recommend this hotel to those using SokCho as a base for Seoraksan or nearby attractions.

Room was well maintained and amenities were adequate. However there was dust around the TV cable area as well as corners of the room. Parking was easy and the front desk staff were friendly and kind. Overall, the place was well above standard for the cost.

The common areas leading into the room could be more presentable. It felt like an apartment complex.

The rooms were impeccably clean. The common areas were very hospital like, but this is a residence and not a hotel, so that's expected. The rooms were phenomenal, the beds super comfortable, the restrooms completely updated and very new. This hotel sits on the corner of a street and within walking distance to the beach (10 minutes).
