Room was really small and hard to move around especially with 2 medium suitcases. The bed was very hard and we were in pain by the end of the stay.

Fantastic location, very close to Hanok village and easy to find public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and had washing machine which was great.

The room was small but had a double bed which was rock hard and not comfortable. The space from bottom of bed to the desk was soooo tight I couldn’t sit properly.

It was close to Insadeong Theme Alley with lots of interesting eateries and restaurants. Supply free towels and water. The shower was great with 2 shower heads and great water pressure 👍🏻Lovely staff and helped me order Fried Chicken which was a huge serve!! Closest Metro is Jongno 3 Exit 4.

Be warned, the rooms are tiny, and it was just 2 females (me and my mum) sharing a room, we had 2 large suitcase and 2x cabin and had to make do with space No full length mirror First night we stayed, two different men were SCREAMING, another crying outside at early hours of the morning!!!!!! Ruined our sleep. Probably because loads of food and drinking places nearby which somewhat was still quiet despite this. Complementary bottled water was offered but upon tasting it... it tasted chemically so we just bought our own

The apartment was in an excellent condition, easy to get to touristy areas and ginseng chicken soup locations There was someone at the desk until 22:00 (?) There is an airport limo can takes you close to the apartment, about 10min walk and so can save so much money than taking a taxi. The apartment messaged me the details telling me different ways to reach apartment which really helped!! Unlimited towels can be taken from reception, ironing board and iron in reception, asked for bowls which were in reception Kitchenette was perfect Shower was wonderful and hot, no shower curtains. though Loads of eateries nearby including right downstairs there is a bar and multiple bbq places. Cute shops during the day. Found a japanese inspired coffee place that had water feature inside and were able to sit on the floor japanese style, or sit on stool, was a really calm place and I was never able to find it again Despite the cons, I think this is a great place for a short stay, if you are on a budget. Lots of supermarkets nearby and also close to the station(s) and other buses (abit further away) We were able to open the windows to let air in There was a washing machine but we didn't use it

The room was clean and well appointed. It was adequate as far as size goes but squeezy nevertheless. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was very good. It was close to the metro and there were lots of very nice places to eat nearby. A number of attractions are within walking range and those further away were easily accessed either by taxi or the metro.

Room - Smaller than I thought it would be. We had to put the chair in the closet so that we could place our suitcases under desk.

The room was quite small but the location is perfect. It’s a 15 second walk from ikseon-dong hanok village so the cafe options were divine. We had some of the best desserts and pastries during our time in Seoul.

Only downside is bathroom gets wet after a shower. Used a towel to wipe it down. Clean towels available at reception.

Had a great stay at the Hotel. Perfect location for many attractions within walking distance. Room was as described and staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Dishes provided when asked for. Drying washing on clothes horse on the roof top works fine. And microwave to share on each floor works well too.

Well located, walking distance to the palaces, Insadong and a longer walk to Myeongdong. Also surrounded by subway stations and bus stops. Room was a good size, beds were comfy. Showers good pressure and they had full sized towels (seems to be a rarity in Korea).

The room was very dark even when the sun was shining in Seoul. There's a building directly in front of the window blocking nearly all daylight. I don't think that happens with all rooms, but it definitely decreased my energy to be in darkness so often.

Staff is 10 out of 10. Always greeted us with a smile and attended to every one of our requests, even exceeding them unnecessarily. I saw a cute little board of postcards that guests left for them, and they deserve it! I wish I had brought some from Brazil or Germany. If I stay again I definitely will! The room is also nice, big fridge which is always helpful. Double layer windows filtered out the noise. Washing machine, kettle, stove... Perfect!

It wasn't that I didn't like it because I slept well and felt rested the next day, but while I was awake I felt the bed was a bit hard for my liking and that you have to let them know if you want your room service.

I loved that it was close to transportation and in a very lively area close to many beautiful places and lots of restaurants. I also love that even though it was small it had a sink, a fridge, a stove, cabinets, a counter, closet and a private bathroom in the room and that in the lobby they had fresh towels and free bottle waters.

Very small room, with no space for a suitcase, even though I was staying in a double room (so definitely no room for two). I stayed for three nights. However, when I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, I was told that the room was only cleaned after four nights.

Great location, very central with lots of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. nearby - yet still a rather quiet place. Free bottled water, confortable beds, with kitchenette and washing machine in the room.

The mattress on the bed was a little bit hard.

It was neat and clean, even though it was small it had everything that could be ever needed for a solo traveller.

With the dryer rack out the space was tight. We had some trouble with clothes and towels drying and the bathroom fan did not work as well as we would have liked. The AC light is right above the bed so it made it difficult to fall asleep.

The staff were great and responsive. There was water and towels provided daily if we needed. Its located pretty close to major stations. I also liked the washer and dryer rack availability.

It's a minor inconvenience but the whole bathroom floor gets very wet when showering.

Excellent location but very quiet in the room as well. Front reception and cleaning staff all really professional and helpful, very impressive.
