Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Comes with all the amenities you'd expect from this chain. Staff spoke English well. Just minutes away from Bupyeong station, which has a huge underground mall and Lotte Mart and many F&B places. Coin laundry available at reasonable prices (think it was 2,000 won for washer and 1,000 won for dryer).

They took by mistake a shirt when changing the beds (shirt was not on bed before cleaning), which they didn’t find in time before I felt the coutry 2. They threw away my sneakers spray, which was placed near my sneakers 3. They didn’t give me toilet paper after cleaning, so I had to find a cleaner and for it Basically house cleaning should be more carefully and maybe have some checkpoint list to do in a room

The room was really good and cosy although it was small but everything was really good. It is very convenient as it's near Bupyeong station, which has a Lotte Mart as well, which is very convenient. I would come to this hotel if I'm ever in town.

SingaporeThe subway nearest to it is bupyeong station and if you have heavy luggage and need a lift, it gets confusing to find the lift if you arrive via airport line and get out of exit 3. I managed to however. Take the escalator and walk to the other subway line, arrive at a platform which is level 1, take lift to level 2, exit station, find yourself at lotte mart and take lift down to level 1 lobby of mall and exit.
The room fits alot of things in spite of the small space. It was very comfortable and cozy. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Very delicious.

CanadaLine up for the elevator & breakfast was quite bad each morning. I recommend being in the eating area no later than 6:50am or prepare to wait. Great job by the kitchen team setting up a second table of food to help with congestion on Sunday, April 28. The breakfast was hot and delicious, but only because I lived in Asia for years. It could be very confusing and probably disappointing for western visitors, who are used to pancakes and bacon. In the spirit of international guest respect and hospitality, the hotel should really provide some cereal or scrambled eggs, or something non-Asian visitors can enjoy. Toast, fruit cocktail, and bananas are great, but not every tourist to Seoul eats curry stew, kimchi and rice, beansprouts, and potato salad for breakfast. Also, very confusing finding the hotel if arriving at Bupyeong station. Give yourself lots of time and patience.
Very friendly overnight staff at check-in on April 24. Hotel listened to my on-line requests and gave me the room I was hoping for on a high floor, with a nice view, and an extra pillow. Excellent attention to guest needs. Small but spotlessly clean room, and everything that you need inside. Lots of eating options in the area. 7/11 is just outside too. Loved the water and fresh towel deliveries left outside my door each morning.

South KoreaRooms are very small. Check out time is 10AM, which is way too early. The subway station is very confusing. There is a light blue and a dark blue ‘incheon line 1’ so figuring that out was tricky ( not the hotels fault by any means just a heads up.)
Great location. Easy to get to the airport. A direct bus line 111 takes an hour and drops you in front of the terminal. Very clean. Cheap washing machines. Right next to a subway line. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around.
