Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe toilet can be better layout. The water pressure could be better. There is no coffee but this is not a big problem.
The location is great. Its near Myeong Dong and Seoul Station. The apartment is large and well furnished. It can accommodate 4 person very well. The staff are very friendly.

SingaporeThe pebble stones in the room makes it hard to walk around. It does smell a little .. hope can improve on that .
The service is excellent. Would like to give thumbs up to Jace from the front desk. We r heading to Busan and wanted to take the blueline capsule train and due to some issue we r unable to book from the website. Jace is so patient and helped us to coordinate with the tour operator. Appreciate Jace's help and we managed to enjoy our ride.

AustraliaNot much - there's only one washing machine/dryer for the whole hotel but luckily it was available when we wanted to use it. Note that rooms are cleaned once every three days (e.g. new sheets - this suited us) but towels and bins are emptied daily. Air-conditioning was controllable within our suite but it was tricky to get the right setting.
Loved the location - close to two train stations (less than 5 mins walk), walking distance to sights such as Gwanghwamun Palace, less than 10 mins to Myeondong. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had the basics that we needed for a 5 night stay. There's a lift at the hotel and the whatsapp chat to the reception staff was handy and they're very responsive.

Hong KongThe room is smaller than expected, cannot even open the luggage, even it has a living room. The air conditioning are not working in all rooms, the reception replied that the air conditioning system is linked together with the other room on the same floor, so if the other room is using the heating mode, there is no way for us to switch to the cool mode. There is only one window in the room. The water in the shower and kitchen are so slow.

SingaporeJust that during winter, the air conditioning is not on and there are only 3 windows(1 in the common area and 2 windows in one of the room). the room that is furthest from the windows will feel abit stuffy and warm.
The property is really clean and modern. There are wooden floors and also carpeted area. its a very interesting design and very very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful to settle any issues that we had. Their personal chat (whatsapp/line etc) is a very convenient tool to communicate with the staff for any needs. The staff are very willing and happy to help.

United StatesMinimal windows (only 2 windows for entire 3BR/2bath unit) and low ceiling makes the place feel like an inside cruise ship room. The entry access from is from an alley. Few good dining options nearby.
The unit is brand new with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, separate washer & dryer on floor (always free), and super helpful staff. The decor is pleasing to the eye and unit is very quiet. The price is great for the space.

Location was fantastic. If you wanna go to Myeongdong area, Gwanghwamun, Jongro area, you can go there by walk. Super close from hotel to there. The Asian floor style dining table and traditional design was fabulous. But New building that it still had a new smell, but didn’t bother us. Staff friendly and spoke great English. Easy communication with them. We were 5 ppl group. I think this place is great for big group. The nearest station is City hall with Exit 4. But there is no lift or any escalator, thus, we used the escalator in Exit 5. Highly recommend this accommodation! I will definitely return and stay here when I visit.
