Overall very clean and tidy, bathroom is big, love the toliet seat with warmer. New. Receptionist is fluent in English. Location is the best.

The room was huge, well lit and quiet. The in house coin laundry was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very professional and spoke very good English. Location was excellent, the airport limousine picks up just the next street as does multiple tour operators.

The toilet has some sewage smell, especially when the fan was not turned on.

The space was good for 3-member family. The separate kitchen sink and table top were useful for concurrent usage by multiple users, especially during washing up.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Metro stations are close. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Very well equipped, beds are huge and blankets are thick and warm. View is very nice from the rooftop. Staff is lovely and helpful. I loved staying here.

Despite the hotel building looks small from external, this hotel is excellent and very value for money :- 1) the king bed is superb nice to sleep. 2) daily cleaning is superb goof work by housekeeper. 3) the shower compartment is superb larger (nearly double size than most of the hotels). 4) the shower/toilet room is superb modern and very clean and nice. 5) nearby is fantastic as they are eating street with many shops/restaurants/night eating street open till 11pm with full crowd. 6) accessible by train/bus from main train station to this hotel.

The bed sheets are kinda dirty and there was a few strands of hair on the bed sheets and also a can (we didn't pick up) under the bed.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer which is great for long stays. The location is great as well. very convenient (good public transport around) however strangely you cannot find it on Naver map.

Housekeeping can be improved. We didn’t get replenishment of bottled waters on 2nd night and thus we thought only 1st night was provided. But it was topped up for rest of the nights there.

Great location in the middle of Myeongdong and despite that it was very quiet and peacefull. Lovely staff. Water dispenser on 10f, 5f and 3f, very comfortable beds, clean and modern. Spacious bathroom. Headrest panel with charging sockets 😀 Amazing views from the rooftop.Love this place!

- there were construction works near the hotel so there was quite noisy at early morning almost every day. but it is not the hotel fault - self-service laundry, I couldn't use it because the coin machine didn't work well (when I put the coin into automat, the washing machine still didn't work) - 2 days of very low temperature in my room. although staff was helpful for solving the problem, I would prefer not to face with cold in my room at all.

- the location is very close to tourist street full of shops, streetfood, musicians but still hotel located at the narrow quiet street. there are many ways to go to another districts (subway, buses, airport limousine) - helpful english-speaking staff. I had some problems with air conditioning, but the staff were eager to help quickly. - the room is clean and quite minimalistic. but there is almost everything you need to have a rest after all-day walking
