The standard and feel of the VOCO brand was there and good, with good finishes. The rooms were fully equipped which was great. The restaurant was really a great surprise and enjoyed the meals I had taken there.

Didn’t help us with luggages. Their staffs were doing the bare minimum and not extra mile in servicing us. Definitely forgettable.

There‘s been a construction site next to the hotel, which is of course not the hotel‘s fault. Still made it hard to relax between 08:00 and 16:00.

The location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We also enjoy the breakfast every morning. Having that communal kitchen and lounge is a city days also lovely for long stay. We would love to go back.

The shelving of the toiletries was a bit high in the bathroom, it would be good if it was lower and do make the nozzle tip longer to easily dispense the toiletries on the hand rather than the bottle. The pillows were too soft to my liking.

The location, the complimentary drinks, the fact the room had a charger , this was very thoughtful of the hotel. The service was exceptional, I was greeted before I walked to the reception, gave me early check in. John Lim was very helpful and provided exceptional service

Space a bit tight. Reception is a floor up not on street level.

The rooms are not very large but whatever space has been utilised very well. Very modern and excellent beds and A/C. Location in Gangnam cannot be beat. Garosu-gil shopping district is right across the road. Hotels in Gangnam are very expensive and this offers good value. There is a communal kitchen on each floor but we did not use it.Pro-hint get the accessible room it's bigger.

My room size. It's quite small. Then again, I was only staying for a night, as I came to do my laundry and it's right nearby my meeting place the next day before I leave so maybe, not a big issue. I will try out a bigger room if Im staying longer as my opening my luggage was troublesome due to the room size.

Breakfast was great. Oatmeal was served which I found comforting as the weather was very cold. The laundry facilities at Voco are excellent. I always return to Voco towards the end of my trip so I can do my laundry in clean surroundings. The room has a tap to wash your hands so that you can wash your hands after putting in your dirty clothing into the washer. No other laundry room seems to have this detail compared to Voco. On the other hand, the communal room, is right door so you can wash your hands with handwash too. I particularly love this, that's why I love the coin laundry facility at Voco. The staff were nice and polite. The guys were absolute gentlemen helping me with my luggage and the cab. Voco's service staff rock.

For one - the location of the hotel is excellent. Right opposite Garusogil and there are so many great cafes and restaurants in the area. Another thing I really liked about the hotel is that it has laundry facilities and a communal guest kitchen on some floors - all kept spotlessly clean and very convenient for guests!

What i really liked about the property was that it was pretty new, safe and the staff were quite helpful. The location was great since it was central enough to a subway line at the same time it was quite easy to hail a cab or an Uber.
