Breakfast was so-so. The staff not here all the time. Quite struggle to ask for help.

The location is superb, near to the bus stop at the very lively neighborhood. Quite hassle if u bring car. Can use washing machine for free, only pay for dryer. Got terrace to hang your clothes. The neighborhood is lively, but the room is quiet and peaceful.

No elevators. had to haul my bag 4-5 floors. Staff do not speak English- a friend's room power socket was not working and they couldn't charge their gadgets

Got nice room, very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Kitchen area is very spacious, breakfast is good, washing machine and dryer available (chargeable), very close to bus stop- just 200 odd meters and not too far from airport.

Hot water isn’t hot enough . Not so desirable in winter times. Self prepared breakfast is ok but the electric stove took really long time to heat up the pan. Took 15 minutes just to fry an egg

The staff is really nice, the manager is helpful and makes everything convenient. I got the information before arriving and they were clear. The place was just like in the pictures and clean.

There are no elevators and all the rooms are located on upper floors. So, if you have a physical disability or heavy baggage, this place isn't ideal for you. There were also some mosquitos in my room and the public toilet located in the basement. Luckily, I had some spray for it. I would highly recommend the guesthouse to provide a can of mosquito spray in each room and public bathroom, especially in these summer months.

This guesthouse spans multiple floors. It's located across the street from Jeju City Hall, nearby lots of restaurants, and a major bus stop hub, granting you easy access to other parts of the island. I arrived late at night, which wasn't a problem since the manager sent me a message via Booking.com explaining how to enter the guesthouse and my room. Once I went inside, I found the room to be immaculately clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable (a rare find for Korean guesthouses!). Also, the manager was kind enough to hold my bag after I checked out so I can explore the city. Thank you!

The A/C in our room was so loud, im not usually someone who has trouble sleeping but i had to wear earplugs and still woke up a few times. The room was also very small.

Very goof value for price. The area is nice for young people looking to go to a var or restaurant. However it is far from most attractions. The free breakfast was a great touch.

No privacy curtains around bed. All open bunks. Only small hand towels given.

Large common area, good range of cooking equipment. Good breakfast. Clean. Room size ok, not too small. Location excellent, right by bus stop. Lots of places to eat, but only 7/11; CU soon shops around. Fabulous coffee shops.

The breakfast was very basic and there was no butter for the bread. But it's OK for the price. I wasn't able to pay in advance and there was no one at the reception during my stay, so it was unclear how that worked. I had to ask the lady setting up breakfast how I could pay before leaving

The location was very good, in a very central lively area with shops, bars and restaurants open till late. The washing machine was free and there was a big common area and a rooftop. The place was clean and breakfast was included

The area (which is very convenient as it is close to the bus terminal) can be a little noisy at night - the property backs onto an alley with bars. Additionally, I found that my room's curtain was not sufficient to block all the light from the neon signs outside, but I still slept soundly despite this.

Comfy bed, welcoming staff and clean facilities. Would happily stay again as you can't beat the price for what you get.

Bus stop just outside the guesthouse. Super convenient to get to airport and Seongpanak trail. Room was comfortable with everything we needed.

Staff didn't speak English. No lifts. No social activities, so difficult to meet other people. Plugs were far from the bed.

Twin bed was cheap and comfortable. Shower was decent. Air conditioning was good.

I really like the location of the guesthouse. The guesthouse has a pretty big lounge, where you can meet people or relax. Besides the hosts are so nice. We totally forget to inform about the breakfast time. So we were to late for breakfast, but the host offered as breakfast even after the time.

The employees at You&I Guesthouse were really lovely and helpful throughout our stay! As for the facilities, they are modest but extremely well-located, both in terms of nearby restaurants/bars and public transportation to other activities around the island.

i have to write to them that door was closed. they send me entrance codes when i sent message. they said we are not there for the moment but no information provided before. i had internet but for someone that don’t have internet this can be a issue
