Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great customers service in my experience. The staff went over and beyond to help us contact a taxi and provided us with anything we requested. The driver also waited a long time patiently in the airport for us to come out and was very friendly and warming. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Egyptian guy at the reception sorry I forgot his name, was very friendly and welcoming. I like the cleanliness of rooms and bed sheets. I pretty much would recommend staying at this hotel for whoever visiting Aljahra. It is the only hotel in the area anyways!

MalaysiaThe corner suite room that we booked for three of us is very small than what is shown in the picture. There is no proper living room. I have to get another room for my son. No plates, glasses and cutlery at all in the kitchen.

Kuwaitthe outside area ( glass tents ) which allows smoking is near the kids play area , it was annoying and un healthy for kids to smell the smoke . please add a play room with soft play for younger kids and another gaming room for older children. It will be nice if you make a cinema room too and change place of the outside play area away from the smoking people. renting bikes will be nice . allow the hotel residents to walk in the garden of chalets area bigger garden there and more play ground for kids .
calm place away from the busy city , I like the green landscape, corner suite is perfect for couples with young children. standard room has a nice terrace perfect to sit to have fresh air . friendly staff. fast check in & out . the staff is so helpful and always there for you . lovely rooms . comfortable stay .playing ground for kids .

Abkhazia, Georgia. There was no towels near pool , in the room only one towel! Many request were denied such has there was no baby cot. No extra pillow, they ran out of blankets. Any extras were rejected. Delay in room service. It seemed they do not have enough staff. Over all the hotel room was clean but toilet around the pool was not.
It was a good stay my kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good served in the room. The room is small but very clean… I requested an interconnected rooms, and it was ready.

It looks like the cleaning company does not have proper supervision or does not know what it means to clean the chalets especially the floors and bathrooms … also the electronics, fridge, stove, A/C units, etc are working but not clean …. The hotel needs to work on their cleaning
I liked the pool and the playground although it was too hot but we spent all our time at the pool anyways …. Food was great and staff were very friendly

United KingdomReceptionists and management. Bad customer service especially from Abdul who had a bad attitude and extremely bad customer service. He was rude throughout my stay and he had anger problems which needs to be controlled since he’s working in front house and greeting customers etc. Abdul needs to be trained and taught how to provide excellent customer service to all clients. He has made my stay at the hotel terrible. And he tried to charge me extra money for his own mistake.

We had a smooth check in and check out with front office staffs being very helpful and friendly along with all the house keeping and restaurants staff. At the time of check in front office staff (Samah)was courteous to show us the property around. We stayed for 3 days and indeed was an excellent break from normal routine. The property definitely offered a memorable stay particularly the fact that it was away from City life. The property had decent swimming pool very suitable for kids along with GYM facilities, play area for kids coupled with good restaurant food.
