Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Arab EmiratesAir conditioning was not cold enough even when temperature was 19 and maximum fan. Also when took shower it wasnt hot enough although it was on maximum hot level. Although requested non smoking room, but bathroom, towels, shower curtain was full of cigarettes smell, i guess it came in through a/c holes. But it should have been fixed to avoid such things from happening to any future guests or atleast put me far from smokers rooms cause especially when used towels on my face and body the cigarette smell was choking and disgusting. There was no pen or notepad in room as other hotels. TV wasnt working. Although this hotel put note as most hotels since pandemic that they disinfected and cleaned everything in the room, but i doubt that, Im attaching pictures of how drawers handles and fridge were dirty and disgusting. If everything was really thoroughly cleaned, they wouldn't have missed cleaning drawers handles, inside and outside fridge. Most hotels in other countries put more than just a note to reassure, peace of mind and comfort guest that everything in room was sanitized and disinfected by placing a room seal on doors to indicate to guests that their room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned. I wish if this hotel implement the seal on doors, and most importantly clean every single detail in room.
Very helpfull staff. Especially in reception. I think one of them called Mr. Jaber, he tried his best to make my stay as comfortable as he can. Always asked how is my stay and sensed if i didnt like something and tried to fix it immediately. Also the staff who checked me in on upon my arrival was very friendly. Concierge and drivers Raafat and Nizar were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Housekeeping provided all what i asked for. Another positive thing about the hotel is free drive to and from airport and also to Avenues Mall.

Kuwaitdue to COVID 19 the kids play room was closed , also restaurants were closed , Meals were served in the rooms , breakfast menu is fine and more than enough , but dinner menu was not variety ,it is not fair comparing with the open buffet , you have to pick only one appetizer , one main course ,and one dessert ! you cant pick both salad and soup together ?!! they have to make 2 or 3 appetizers together and make the quantity less ,
not 1st time for me in this hotel , it is great like always , swimming pool was clean , gym very large with various devices ,breakfast and dinner was in the room , kind staff every location inside the hotel , room service very fast to reply my requests , internet wasnt very strong in my room (664) , TV signal or cable wasn't clear in the screen , TV was 32 inch . me with my family enjoyed our stay , i rate it 10/10
