Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitService was excellent. I have nothing negative to mention except the style of the corridors and rooms of the hotel. They look too woody and too old style for a hotel of this location and size. Also, the lighting at night, outside at the pool area, are somehow a mess. The colors of lighting must be matching and stay all warm to give a luxury and majestic look. Blue and green lights give the hotel a cheap look and not luxury at all. Also, too strong, too direct lights annoy eyes. Just look at the french people how they light Paris and you'll understand what I mean. Lighting is art.
Check out policy was so good. No rush no sharp timing and no calls. I slept too late (4:00 am) and didn't wake up early. They only called once at noon (12:01 pm) to ask if I want to extend or check out. I said I am not staying but I just woke up and how much time do I have. The answer was that I can check out at 2 pm. I had enough time to drink my coffe, order private breakfast and take a bath and shower. Lastly, I checked out at 3:20 pm with no one knocking or calling. It was a peaceful stay. Just what I was looking for clear my mind, to turn my phone off and stay away from being busy.

Kuwaitwe were expecting a better view of the suite. Also, the underground parking area was full most of the time, we had a hard time finding a space to park our car, -it might be the peak season so we understand-.
my kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and the overall experience. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was best part. Although it was the peak season, we had a great experience.

Kuwaitunfortunately, some of the activities that I was planning to partake in were closed off due to covid 19. I get it and understand but I wish the situation was different.
The room service was up to par, as a 5 star hotel should be. the staff was nice and respectful. They help when they can. The rooms were clean as expected. The breakfast food was alright I guess. nothing to write home about.

KuwaitUnfortunately the cleaning staff entered the room without permission and i were in the toilet in the room and the cleaner open the toilet door while i am in ! Every time we book in this hotel we enjoy the stay but this last one was the worst The AC was not working well we tried to contact room service and reception no one reply for more than 45 minutes , no welcoming services like every time , this stay was the worst actually and disappointed

KuwaitThe only thing we found very strange is when we ordered take out the staff are not allowed to bring it up to our room. We stayed in many hotels in kuwait before but this is the first time they I experienced this.

United Arab EmiratesAC is either very cold or very ho, it is a disaster for my body. There is no proper AC temperature controller in the rooms, It works with buttons! The lights switches are confusing and are not easy to understand how they work as they are overlapping.
