Reciption staff (njeri).. she was not profesional with me .. not frindly at all with no reason.. i dont know maybe she didnt like my face !!.. she ruined my day me and my wife.. i simply dont know why althogh i was smiling to her and in a nice mood for a good vacation.. but she ruined it

The pool and gym were closed. We booked this hotel only for the pool (for out kids) and only found out upon check in that it was closed. I would have booked a different hotel had I known.

The location of the hotel is not easy to reach because of the street’s maintenance at that area.

The Facility looks old as the 70’s or 80’s style. The staff were very kind and friendly, the kids had fun at the pool and the playground.

Dated. It looked more modern in the phots but is a relatively old hotel and looks a bit tired inside. Pool didn't look as if it was regularly cleaned so i never used it.

Staff is very slow, I ordered it took them one hour and half although it was a drink. the AC is so bad specially at night and no one ever cared. I stay there every weekend and facing same issues without improvements. The pool is very nice but water is hot needs restrictions. Rooms need to be updated. I like the place because it’s private but it really needs to update the facilities and rooms so we can really enjoy it. So i hope you can read my message and start working.

If you check my bookings, you’ll find me always there. Private, nice and quiet.

Just posting this to give a 5 star review to Mövenpick Hotel Kuwait Freezone for an excellent service and accomodating staff. ⭐️ We visited the place last April 10 to celebrate our birthday and I could say that it has been one of the best birthdays we ever had. The place is truly amazing. 🤩 I am very much into vintage stuff that’s why I really loved the ambiance of the hotel from the lobby to the room. The pool area looks very relaxing as well. Every spot is truly picturesque. We also visited Al Dente restaurant to have dinner and the food was great as well. They have captured the authentic italian taste ✨ And lastly, the room. It was clean and everything was in good place. You wouldn’t need to find anything more. To commend, it was just a short stay but everything was worth it. This vacation was gifted by my brother and I have told him that it was amazing. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will be back soon with them. Thank you Mövenpick Hotel and more powers!! 🥳🎉

Location was far away from any live around very difficult to reach to hotel because of changes in the road. Supervisor or Manager they were not allowing me to leave the hotel. I literally had a fight just to leave the Hotel.
