The room was very very small, and seemed a bit old. I was able to hear every noise made in the room next door. There is no parking in front of the hotel. I had to tell lots of Carem/Taxi drivers to meet me at the back door but some didn't read my messages and canceled the ride.

the staff cleaned the room daily and provided 1.5l water bottles every day.

the road in front of the hotel was closed to traffic. ıt takes longer to cross the road. the taxi driver couldnt get to the hotel so we had to stop a bit further. ıf you take a taxi tell him to use the entrance in the back street.

The 4am, 5am & 6am call for pray by the local mosques.

Very close to bus stops, Souk Market and down town. Very Helpful and friendly staff. Very safe area as is most of Kuwait City. There's free water, tea and coffee supplied to all rooms. A nice touch. A 24 hour shop less than a minutes walk away.

The first room I got smelled a lot of smoke, even though according to the website they only have nonsmoking rooms. I must admit, they gave me another room very quick

Good value option within walking distance of the Grand Mosque and National Museum. Breakfast is extra but good value, the freshly cooked omelettes are especially good. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful.

The room isn’t the cleanest and could do with a good clean to remove the mould in the bathroom and paint the walls.

The check in staff were friendly and allowed us to check in at 9am, way before the check in time.

I expected a full bathroom kit in the bathroom. The room was a bit cold, I tried setting the AC system to "heat" but it did not woek.

The staff spoke good English, was attentive and helpful. I had a great stay, the sights like Souk Al-Moubarakya, the Liberation Tower and the Great Mosque were just in walking distance from the hotel. There were 2 bus stops next door to the hotel. I enjoyed good sleep because of a super comfortable bed and pillows filled with real feathers. The lighting of the room was harmonic and had style. The bathroom had organic liquid soap and shampoo.

I only arrived late and they allowed me to keep the room until 2pm for free. It’s a good location with supermarket very close and Souq within walking distance

The curtains were not able to totally blackout the street lights at night. The pillows were pretty awful too, so I didn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken.

Great location and great price. It was clean and the staff were lovely. The windows were double-glazed so kept the noise out effectively. Breakfast was ok.

I didn't like the smell in the bathroom. It made it impossible to stay in this room normally. Also the duvet was cold, so it was impossible to warm up under it. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room - you could only turn on the cold fan.

I really liked the accommodation in terms of the view from the window, the location and the cleanliness - every day we returned to a clean room with a made bed and a new bottle of water. The receptionist had no problem with early check-in and late check-out in the middle of the night. The staff also heated my meal without any problems after a prior request.
