Really nice stay in the capital of Laos. large, bright room with a window. Kettle and fridge available, as well as a shared kitchen in the corridor. Very quiet, you can relax peacefully. Located close to the main attractions, so you can explore the city on foot. I recommend it for every traveler.

I stayed here for one week and it was excellent value for money. Location was right in the center on town by the river. The WIFI was great and allowed me to get my work done. The staff were always very kind and helpful and the room was just like the pictures, with everything you need for a short stay. If you are looking for a great place to stay on a budget, this is the perfect place to stay.

Reception were hard to get hold of and this resulted in us taking 6 days worth of laundry away with us to our next stop.

Room had good amenities and location was fab. Lovely cafe next door.

The cleanliness was good but not exceptional, I found two items of clothes under the bed from previous guests which means that area wasn’t cleaned in between stays, but overall for this price point I was very pleased with my stay.

Very nice and welcoming staff, super central location 5 minutes away from the night market. Air on was working well and the property was as described. I would come again and would not hesitate to recommend this property. It is also family-run which is nice, and they offer a cheap and fast laundry service as well.

The cleanliness of the kitchen part could be improved... but not a big deal. Except this point, everything was perfect. Thanks a lot.

All the staff has been wonderful managing my late arrival (of course i informed them before and they were really kind making everything easy), helping me for bus ticket booking the day after and carrying with me my heavy suitcase. The studio is really comfortable: big bed and good mattress, hot water, kettle, fridge, very good WiFi....

The noise coming from the people next door, very loud music blasting all night from a speaker but as previously mentioned, we messaged the manager and he very quickly arranged for a new key for another room on the quieter side so we could sleep in there (we didn’t even have to pack up our things!) this was so helpful and did sort the noise issue out even though it wasn’t the hotels fault :) Also pillows were too big and firm and the duvet did not fit the huge bed :(

The studio room was huge! So spacious. The bed was also very big. Location was good and we were able to give our laundry to the guesthouse. Really good customer service as they happily moved us to a new room at 10pm when the neighbours were having a loud party directly outside the studio room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This room had a separate toilet cubicle, a shower stall with doors, sink, Big fridge, Kitchen sink, lots of shelves, clothing spaces, a good big bed, and aircon. A small table with 2 chairs for coffee or meals. A balcony, which I did not use. In short, I found it had all I needed or wanted.

5 star rating for a budget hotel. Comfortable, clean. Our room had tv, cable, WiFi, big refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, a few dishes, pots, etc. Of course a shower and toilet. Not much English spoken but not a problem We are staying again when we go back to Vientiane next week.

Some upstairs construction noise, but not during the night and only occasionally started a bit early. THat should be finished soon. If it were perfect the price would be a lot higher. This is great value for money.

It was very inexpensive and for the charge it was excellent value. Very central, easy walk to BCEL Bank, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping etc. Never had to take any transportation. A bus stop nearby. TukTuks and taxis available, Minimarts close by. I stayed in the area, but the Morning Market is walkable. The night market is very close by. Good air conditioning, hot water showers, microwave available for reheating food. Kettle for hot water for coffee, etc.

The room was dusty and a little dirty. The bathroom was worse. The sink drains on the bathroom floor and the shower drains slow. The duvet came with a very thick comforter inside which was not so practical in the hot weather. It was also too narrow for the bed, not enough for two people anyway. It wouldn’t have been a problem but there were mosquitoes so we had to cover up with the blanket. Bed was a bit hard too.

The staff of very young kids were really nice. The owner/manager was always available via WhatsApp. Location was perfect. Air conditioner, tv, and refrigerator worked perfect. Great restaurant at Rainbow hotel.

Great value for the money. We have traveled for over a monte in south east Asia, and feel that batman Guesthouse held a decent standard. It is clean enough and fridge in the room We tried to book another night, unfortunately it was fully booked.

Can't say. I would've liked coffee in the room perhaps, but that's just my personal preference, can hardly blame them for that.

They did indeed have a beautiful little shared kitchen. The staff were all friendly, but spoke only Lao (there is 1 lady that can speak English, but she hides pretty well, lol), which is not a problem really, 'cause they are well versed in using the Google Translate app which gets the point across. If you REALLY need to talk to someone, the owner was (and still is) more than willing to take a call from you. In fact, his personal number is on your wall in your room. He conversed fluently in English with me, and surprised both me AND the French ladies booking in when he switched from the Thai he was speaking to the staff, to the English with me, to fluent French with these new customers. Impressive indeed. The place is EXTREMELY cheap for the excellent, private, quality rooms you get. Situated in SUCH a cute little hole in the wall next to Osaka Shushi! I saw the photos, read the reviews, and HAD to try it! The AC'd, immaculately clean rooms made the nightly rest time after walking for KM's so relaxing! Also, amazing restaurants ALL around the guesthouse! AND my favourite, the night market like 300m down the road with a mini carnival, right next to the boarder!
