Staff were so kind and attentive . Two of our group initially not happy with their rooms and they very kindly moved them. Food was fresh and beautifully cooked- staff showed us the ingredients and how to make local dish. We used the hotel tuk tuk service / again excellent and very good value . Pool was new and very clean . Setting was stunning .

The location is isolated, especially you are on foot. Lots of noise from motor transports nearby.

The pool was under construction so that was really disappointing to find out that it wasn’t available. Also I had an ant problem in my bungalow, they were all over the place. They were very tiny and didn’t really bother me - this is SE asia after all - but still I’ve been in places without bugs.

Beautiful location, the mountain view was spectacular. The grounds were well maintained and polished. The staff were so so helpful and kind. Also loved the fact i could rent a scooter right at the bungalow - which is needed considering the location. But I really liked where it was outside of town and so easy to get to the lagoons and other viewpoints.

Absolute stunner of a place set away from the town on a beautiful quiet location with magical views and tropical garden. The staff are fantastic and looked after us well. I hope to return back one day

The food was freshly made and always tasted good. The location was away from the crowds with fabulous views of the mountains. The gardens are full of flowers, birds and butterflies! The staff were always helpful and kind. My second visit, first as a lone traveller and the second was to show my husband what a superb place it was to stay and relax!

The beds were a bit stiff for our liking. There was a pool, but it wasn’t very full, so only came to about waist deep. It was clean though.

The bungalows were simple, but lovely. The view was great. It was not too far from town, about a 1.5 km walk, and the hotel had a tuk tuk available to take us to town for a small fee, but it wasn’t easy to get a tuk tuk back from town, so we usually ended up walking. The motorbike rental was amazing, and we were provided with very nice, new scooters. The breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of options. The customer service was excellent.

Nothing negative...just be wary that you can expect to share your rooms with house lizards and mosquitos. No safes in the room

Beautiful location outside the hustle and bustle of the main town. Hotel makes you feel in touch with nature, waking up to the views of the mountains was a highlight. Close to the blue lagoons, which you can get to by renting out scooters from the hotel.

Everything was fantastic here. Absolutely beautiful scenery and beautiful rooms, the food was also great. It’s a bit further from the main town area, so this is a great spot if you want something a bit more quiet and away from the party scene. It’s still an easy 20 min walk and there are also motorbikes and bikes to rent. The staff was so nice and helped me organize a tubing tour as well as a tuk tuk driver to take me around to the different sights. They even picked me up via motorbike when I was in the town area and needed a ride!

It's a slight walk to the main town, but this didn't bother us. The staff will drop you down for a small fee.

Beautiful surroundings, calm and peaceful. Incredibly helpful staff who will help you arrange trips or onwards transportation. Breakfast extra but delicious.

The location, 10 min. to the center, in a really quiet area with a fantastic view of the mountains.... All the staff is really nice and helpful (to organize activities, booking train tickets, ...). Food was really good. Toilets and shower are separate !

The water level of the pool was a bit low and there could be some more maintenance. But nothing that changes my mind that this is the most relaxing place in Vang Vieng....

Beautiful setting amidst nature surrounded by karst rocks but still walking distance to town. Nice bungalows with good facilities. Who needs a TV being in such a nice place? Lovely staff, nice restaurant with great food and amazing views
