Unfortunately I got pelted with flies while trying to enjoy my dinner on their terrace. Bikes are in terrible condition, very squeaky, saddles are uncomfortable and brakes aren't reliable. The location of the property makes it essential to use a bike as it's quite far from any sites or restaurants or other islands. Hugely overpriced on booking.com. Holes in mosquito net so bugs got through

A nice quiet location away from the main tourist areas, but still handy for the main drag on Don Khon. Restaurant at the guesthouse also has a good range of meals. Useful having bike hire available too.

Me and my friend ate there and got food poison,knocked out for several days, the owner he said we ate too much, and just kept asking for if we wanted to rent things not caring that much, then he corrected that, but the first day was not nice with it.

Overall it was good, location-wise and the rooms are good enough

We stayed here for almost one week and really enjoyed this quite and green place next to the river. The guesthouse offers all basic facilities, the room was clean and you will have your one terrace. The owner was always smiling, helped us with bookings and even drove us to our next stay for free. We especially liked that the area around the bungalows is green and with many plants. Only noted that this guesthouse is located at Don Khone (the smaller of the two islands) so the next Atm is a bit far, but you can rent bikes at the guesthouse. Restaurants and small shops are within walking distance.

Way overpriced. It’s far from any amenities yet not quiet at all — the rooms are VERY small and closely packed together so you will hear everything your neighbors do. Staff not helpful either. Most speak no English and even using a translator they will still ignore what you tell them.

I booked as it said riverside guesthouse. But the hammock and veranda was facing the road! The river was behind the building. Why would you build like that? Anyway it completely spoilt my stay.

Some comments say that Thone, the manager, is not friendly. You can have this feeling at first but feel free to talk with him and you will see he is very helpful and trustworthy. It is mainly language barrier.

We spent the best time in Asia so far thanks to Thone and his family. It was his brother's birthday and they invited us and treated us like we were family. The place is quiet and you can rent bicycles. And the food is really good and cheap. Thone, my friend, if you read this, thank you again for everything ! To you and your family. I hope we will meet again and sing together one more time ! :)

The guesthouse has everything we were looking for to relax a couple of days after few weeks of treks. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, hot water (not really needed cos it was very hot weather). The food is also very tasty with fair prices. Maybe the views are not the most impressive but still sunrise is very nice and you also have a nice view from the restaurant where you can chill. Also in a more wet season views of the rice fields can be wonderful. It is about 15/20 mins nice walk from the don det bridge but it was not a problem for us. Also good price for transportation tickets to continue your trip.

I loved it here, we stayed for 7 nights and I was sad to leave. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, with a terrace and hammock, the location is fantastic, the food is great, and the family that runs the place was lovely, they arranged everything for us and were very very friendly!

Owner drinks alcohol frequently… Owner gave me dodgy $20USD notes back Owner wouldn’t let me rent a bicycle after I decided to move 400m away to another accom Restuarant that’s part of it looked like it was shut the entire time, so had to walk to town for meals waterfront here not as open or scenic
