Unfortunately the property is in need of a total makeover especially in the bathrooms. It is looking very tired and in need of a good paint. The curtains were literally falling off

The staff and service were exceptional. My partner and I had the best time. The location was excellent. We ended up booking another night. And the manager upgraded us to the suite. They get a 10/10 from us.

in-room lighting is a bit dim especially in the evenings and shower blinds can be better maintained. regardless, neither of these affected the comfort of our stay.

Was actually enjoying my stay at this hotel were it not for an unpleasant incident on my 2nd night. Was awakened at around 2am by someone attempting to open the door of my room. asked who it was but didn’t understand the reply. Told him that he got the wrong room but he kept on trying to open the door and started banging on it. After making sure that the door is secure, went to call the reception to ask for help but it took sometime before someone answered. After telling him that i needed help i ran back to secure the door. But it took a while before the person outside stopped attempting to open the door and left. I didn’t have the courage to open the door and check. Was not able to go back to sleep and no one from the hotel bothered to call back. Left early the following morning feeling traumatized. Did receive an apology from the staff when i complained about what happened while checking out.

Corpulent hotel with delicate service and significant view. Vang Vieng landscape are special, a lot of hotels makes their strong side in association with it. Rich buffet breakfast, nice pool with view, clean and cozy room, amazing stay.

Staff has poor service. We checked in at 3pm and didn’t get our key to the room till 6pm due to light outage. Staff didn’t offer any drink or light up the candle when it gets dark. When checked out, they forgot to charge; and also forgot to tell us that power will be off again the next day for the whole day. So their credit card system cannot function when we checked out at 8am. We ended up paying cash-luckily we have enough Kip/cash. Staff didn’t notify guests of power outages at all, so guests have no clue. No sign on power outages either. Recommend that all staff be re-trained on customer services, learn how to set expectations for guests. We will never go back to this hotel again.

Poor management and staff is unfriendly. We waited 3 hours to check in due to no electricity but staff didn’t even offer water or snacks or light up the candle when the building is dark. Check out was horrible, staff got confused whether and forget to collect payment online via booking.com so they asked us to pay cash at checkout leaving guess thinking we might have got charged twice.
