Well only that our bum gun was leaking in our bathroom but we asked to change room and it was no problem!

Loved the shower at this place!! Location was great too. The guy on reception was really helpful when we wanted to swap rooms and extend our stay.

The property is centrally located and all the bars and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away. The pool at the property is amazing and it’s a nice way to end your day!

I went there with family and found out i forgot my airpods in Vv, then i checked on Findmine and it shouwed the hotel location. I then immediately contacted the staff to help me find it not longer than 5 hours (they were very busy) but managed to found the airpods and told me to ask someone picked my airpods. Never forget this experience with kind people. Thank you

The staff is very kind. He supported a lot of things. Exchange money, book a train, and guide many activities without any pressure . The facilities are not very good. But they tried to help us comfortably. The breakfast was delicious. They didn't have a lot of dishes. But we can order simple food. They made food for us immediately. It's warm and great. It's better than l expected. I felt I was in my hometown !! Thanks. Especially I send my greetings to the son and his father!!^^

Unfollow we didn’t get the double room we booked on Booking.com, and they moved us to an alternate room with twin beds instead, although this wasn’t much trouble. There were also ants in the bathroom, although the staff happily helped and offered us another room, which was all okay.

What a wonderful stay in Vang Vieng! The room was spacious and so comfy, with a great view of the mountains in the distance from the balcony. The bathroom was also good and was well equipped with toiletries. The hotel breakfast was decent and the pool was good too. We were able to book activities through the hotel, and rented a buggy which was an amazing experience. We also did our laundry and it came back the next day with no issues. The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our whole stay. Excellent location too, very close to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Very good value for the price

Our toilet did have a leaking issue that couldn’t be fixed unfortunately but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We really liked this accommodation, Emily was really friendly and accommodating, breakfast was basic but filled you up for the morning; we were able to rent a bike no issues one the location was perfect, there are bars near by but nothing earphones couldn’t solve!

Our ground floor room was a bit smelly, not sure if that was due to the proximity to the kitchen.

Staff is friendly, we rented a scooter directly at the property which was very nice.

-The Hotel is located next to 2 Bars. It can get a bit loud until 2am...but thats nothing that the Hotel can change so nothing to complain about here. -The water quality of the Pool could be a bit better. It is still good enough for a quick swim although.

-friendly and efficient stuff. We booked a transfer and rented a scooter with them. Both was perfect. Also we spent one more night as originally planned. -nice view from the balcony in the third floor. -Breakfast was nice. Lots of fruits to choose from and severall western and asian options available as well. -pool area was quiet

Only thing can say is about the loud music which is no fault of hotels, room could do with a little freshen up such as a coat of paint but not too bad.

Location was good if you didn’t mind loud music until 1/2am. Not sure if could hear it more as room was on bottom floor facing the street. Staff were lovely and so helpful, arranged our train tickets. Shower pressure and temperature was amazing, 1 month travelling so far and first hot shower! Pool was lovely and clean and open late!

Friendly team. Great location. Amazing views from third floor. It’s a budget hotel and bed was a bit hard; but we have yet to find a soft bed in Laos! Most restaurants are down the road. Going up the road led us to the superb place called something like bamboo garden.
