receptionist cannot speak English, only leader can do, so it's not good for foreign clients in communication.

Balcony is not child friendly, easy for the kids to climb over. We had to make sure we kept a close eye on them while outside on the balcony.

Very friendly staff, kids love the outdoor pool.

No hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was not conform for a 5 star hotel. The wifi and the TV didn't work at all in our room. The location is not good out of the city and it's quite difficult to get a taxi. The staff looked surprised with this request...

The staff are noisy at the important locations such as gym. The roads are not good, should be more beautiful with granite lining. During the road repair, there are no roods to the hotel lobby, the one must climb up the mountain to reach to the hotel lobby The roads have no signed for the driver. Need to ask the watchman for the way.

The hotel is in good location and quiet environment, close to the Mekong river with good air, several trees with garden and swimming pool. Chinese restaurant and some facilities.

The staffs chat nosily in some areas (Gym room). The in-out access are not convenient. The roads inside the hotel compound were under repair. The leeway are not good. No signs were erected for the drivers.

The location is not great. You need to get transport to go and see anything of interest.

It felt quite luxurious. We only stayed 1 night but it was very comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely and the ground and gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Mosquito at the pool area. Need beach towel for the pool area. Cats out in the outdoor dining. I’m afraid of Cats. I wold like to be able to eat outdoor to enjoy your beautiful facility.

Staff are very nice, they come right a way when I have problems. They’re honest as I forget my stuff in our room they came and told us. Service is upscale classy. Drinks and foods are great. Hotel gardens are wonderful.

Our balcony door had a broken latch and didn’t close all the way. We didn’t see there was a gap in the door until the next morning. That meant mosquitoes had gotten in our room and we were covered in mosquito bites. We fixed the problem the following day but that first night was rough!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. The only down side is how it is rather far from center and you have to get a cab to go places. The staff was very helpful in getting cabs for you but it would have been nice to walk around ourselves. Savang is also an amazing bartender and staff in the hotel’s bar restaurant lounge. My husband and I loved talking with him. Also, the Chinese restaurant is delicious and the Lao massages are to die for. we miss that the most and will definitely be back!

I Cant find anything to not like about this place!

I loved how the staff went above and beyond to help us switch rooms to our liking. The 6th floor had beautiful sunset,sunrise and river views. The breakfast was amazing. And the help from the greeters and staff was amazing! We will be back. I give the staff 10 stars
