there were multiple cats around the property and in the common spaces there was quite a strong smell.. very unpleasant while waiting at the front of the hotel for transfers/tours and while walking through the building. this was basically the only negative of the property. we stayed for 5 nights and the bins weren’t emptied at all which was also not so great.

perfect location in vang vieng. very good AC and comfortable beds. loved the balconies upstairs and free basic breakfast

There was nothing to dislike. Got exactly what expected. If you expect the Ritz then you need to book elsewhere.

Owners have a lot of cats and tends to smell of pee in the reception. But still a great place. Breakfast could also be better (have more options)

The beds are not very comfortable and there are cats everywhere with cat poop around the property. Not good if you’re allergic to cats!

The lobby smelled like cat urin from all the cats living/staying there. Strange, high pitching sound from some electrice device in the room. It was annoying.

Ground floor and entrance dirty and stinky, cats all around, breakfast is toasted so-and-so-bread with unknown strawberry (traces maybe) or vegemite (I guess) and an instant coffee, that's all you get. Had breakfast elsewhere thhe 2nd day

WiFi could of been better, it dropped out at times or was very slow, this could just be a Laos problem in general though.

6 cats who sit on the breakfast tables. Corridor and reception smelled of cat urine. It was not possible to change the water temperature in the shower, which was too hot for one of our group.

Good location. Our room safe had run out of battery but this was changed very quickly upon request. Good air con.

There is nothing to dislike about the property! Some may want to take in to account that the property is near a party hostel. However, we did not find this an issue at all as rooms were quiet enough for us!

Absolutely amazing stay! The owners are beyond helpful and kind. Attentive to anything you could possibly ask or need. Speaking fluent English also! The room was clean and spacious and great value for money. The location was perfect for my partner and I. Close to restaurants and bars but not right in the centre so it’s not too busy! There’s a breakfast included which was basic ,but fab. There’s a lovely balcony in the room we stayed in with a great view of mountains and the hot air balloons. 100% recommend staying here for backpackers/ couples/ anyone.
