We stayed twice. On first occasion breakfast was quite frustrating - simply getting a tea or coffee was slow and challenging. Simply could not cope with several people arriving at same time ! On second visit all was fine - with manager in charge.

Lovely relaxing hotel - with friendly and very welcoming staff. Helped with any requests ( eg : provision of kettle, travel arrangements ). The room was very clean and spacious. Good nights sleep. Pool was most welcome to cool down. The evening shuttle to restaurants worked well. Recommend visiting nearby Talat Dao Huang market.

Very nice and professional management, the pool and the garden, a quiet and green paradise in the city. We could relax from traveling. Some people write in comments, that’s to dark in the room, but we just opened the door. Then it was bright and even mosquito protection.

Couldn't have hoped for a warmer reception from Noi and her team, all were friendly and attentive from the outset. Huge clean room and great service from housekeeping. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast, top marks to the cook as fried eggs were perfect👌The evening shuttle bus to the centre was a bonus and opened options to more eateries. I messed my itinerary up but Noi stepped in and saved the day even keeping me in the same room for an extra night. Thanks to all.

Breakfast was exceptional - fresh fruit and coffee. The rooms were beautifully decorated and personalised, the hotel also made great efforts to move us on the second night when they didn’t immediately have a twin available. Very helpful and good shuttle service into town.

Rooms were a little dated and lacked natural light, but we're still well appointed and comfortable.

The owner is a warm welcoming host with a lovely smile and so helpful with local advice and transport contacts/ organisation. Breakfast was lovely.

Poor breakfast, especially if you stay several days, as only eggs are served. The swimming pool was small. It's a bit far from the town, which is not so convenient. They offered free transport to the town in the evening though.

Door nets could do with updating as a huge insect managed to make its way through the top of the wooden door and got caught between the door and net, it then managed to get through the bottom of the net and into the room.

Beautiful hotel and the loveliest owner, she went above and beyond to help us. We arrived at around 8:30am as we took the sleeper bus the night before, she kindly asked the cleaners to clean our room first so we could check in early as luckily the previous people had checked out early too. Everything was super smooth and everyone was so friendly. Shuttle bus into the centre was a great extra, although we didn’t use it as we hired a scooter which was dropped off and picked up from the hotel.

Lovely staff and the owner is very helpful. We would recommend staying here if you don’t mind that the location is out of the city center. You can either take a tuk tuk or walk. We dis both and it was perfect.

As mentioned by others the room only have daylight when you keep the door open (which we did since we had a room at the end of the floor). Bathroom could use a bit of a refreshment but it’s still clean. Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth to mention.

The hotel is nice and especially if you want to be a bit outside the backpacking scene it’s perfect. The rooms are nice, clean and the pool side is relaxing after a hot day out. Staff was nice and helpful even though the language barrier is a bit of a challenge. Easy to rent a scooter directly at the property.

Excellent small hotel near the Pakse Night Market. The room was spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a blessing during hot Laos days.
