The staffs didn't help the customers packages to the room. Should clean the pool more.

Great hotel in the centre of town. Swimming pool is always a great perk. Hotel can do with some maintenance.

There was a power outage across town and unfortunately the hotel does not have a back up generator, so it wasnt so comfortable and my computer went flat. Also it was a litte noisy at times , but that was not the hotels fault...it was other guests!

The location is great, the staff were always willing to help including booking transport. The breakfast was sufficient, the court yard lovely and the pool ( albeit small) was a bonus! Well worth the price and I was happy with my corner room with a window.

The bathroom was the only let down in our room. The floor flooded so much when showering (a common issue in Laos). Other than that it was a great room at a good price.

Excellent location right in the middle of Vientiane. Good Breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Clean room and the small pool was a welcome addition.

Need more clean and neat in bathroom. Room are quite not much more space. You can seen spider web even in lobby. Need some maintainness.

The breakfast is very nice. The chef women in Restaurant is most friendly chef ever in Vientine.Dishes are very affordable and much portion as generously. She deserves more than 5 stars. It is colonial style with small garden in back. Vibe is cool. Pool like private include in affordable price of downtown area.

Starting to get old, I paid almost half price and I still think I overpaid. A good cleaning and a guy with a paint brush would help this hotel alot

Good place for a short stay in Vientiane. Pool ok, good to have for a dip during the midday heat. Good complimentary breakfast. All staff friendly. Arranged mini bus for us. Vietnamese woman running the restaurant was very sweet, cooked me a great beef noodle soup and played guitar. Great location in the center of town, close to all attractions.

The info about the rooms at Booking is incorrect. ( I sent an text to Booking. & have received no reply!) This has caused my unhappiness. I was thus forced to stay in a room that was NOT as described in hotel info.

Rooms were a bit shabby, mould in the bathroom, reception staff pleasant but no communication between shifts meant we had to start all over again when trying to book trains and the like. It could definitely do with a lick of paint and the bathrooms electric wall showers were from the 80s.

When we arrived the pool was cloudy and didn’t work properly which was unfortunate as we only booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids we repeatedly asked for the pool at be fixed so we could use it and after 3 days it was still cloudy! I also reported a leaking toilet in our room which wasn’t fixed and to top it off we had repeated power cuts in our room I would not stay here again!

some hotel equipment is very outdated. installation of air conditioning, siliconization in the bathroom or glued wall covering is incredibly unprofessional.

hotel staff is welcoming and helpful, they do their best to improve your stay, kind man will help you with a luggage to the higher floors, room cleaning was fine, breakfast was also good. AC and Wi-Fi worked well during my entire stay.

The bed had a section on the mattress that was sewn on plastic, looked like it was there just in case you wet the bed. Firm mattress too which I usually don’t mind but that coupled with the bed wetting plastic section made it quite hard to sleep on.

Lovely courtyard area, the staff are lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my early morning departure was confirmed. They give you basic toiletries, basic breakfast but nice. I didn’t try the pool as I was out exploring from the good location.
