An amazing guesthouse with brand new rooms with river view. The rooms are super clean and the owners are very kind. They have a restaurant nextdoor where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would highly recommend!

Only a minor thing but if the balcony had a separator per room it would be more private and nicer to enjoy the hammock for your room in private. A little mini fridge in the room would make it really great.

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious room and comfy hammock overlooking the river. Close to good restaurants. Has laundry service. Good value for money.

Some noise at night from the bar a bit further up the road.

Location right on the river with good views from the balcony. Good shower, bed and aircon. Easy check-in and good communication. Free tea and coffee and bananas. Two restaurants very nearby and the property was about an 8 min walk from the bus station so location was fine. The door would not lock properly on the 1st night but within 10 mins of calling the manager someone came around to temporarily repair it - good service.

The beds are very VERY hard… so be prepared for that. It doesn’t make for the most comfortable night. Rooms are what you expect for the price

It’s great for the price :) don’t expect luxury though. The rooms have a lovely view on the river with a comfy hammock to relax. Rooms are equipped with a good aircon. Bathroom is ok, water pressure ok and temperature lukewarm. There is no breakfast. Decent walking distance to the centre. (10 Min)

Quite nice. Clean. Quiet. Nice view. Good locations to eat near by. We liked to organize our tours with NK Triger Tours. The owner is a character but a good one who exactly knows whats going on if you feed him with the right information. For example for us it was nice to go on a private little boat to Nong Khiaw. Staff is helpfull and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Make sure to book in advance. A lot of people wanted to book over there but they were sold out the entire time.

If I had to nitpick it would be nice if all the rooms had their own hammocks and patio chairs had some cushions as they are very hard. It's nitpicking though, I loved my stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hands down my best stay in all of Laos. Location is good, the river views are beautiful, bed is comfy, room is nicely decorated and I had my first in Laos warm shower there. Also huge thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who stored my bag for most of the day after the check out.

This may be the nicest place I’ve stayed in SE Asia. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river is very special. The shower is great - hot and has good pressure. It’s a little less noisy and touristy in this part of the village as most backpackers seem to stay on the other side of the bridge. It’s still close enough to walk over there though. I would highly recommend this stay.

Definitely the best value for money we had in our whole trip in Laos. The rooms seem new and are clean and cozy. There are free bananas for you to enjoy. We loved the hammock. They gave us a fair exchange rate for kip. From the hotel you can walk to the bridge area in 10-15 minutes

Not really a dislike, but I think better furniture on the terrace would increase my rating to 10. The furniture is very hard and uncomfortable. Might be ok to sit with a laptop, but no good to sit and read or simply gaze at the river flowing by. We did not really spend much time on the terrace as a result :(

Room was a bit on the small side with no storage. Building work has started- we couldn't really sit on the balcony the day we were there due to noise.

Free tea, coffee & banana. Place was clean. Nice view of the River. Self check-in.
