This is an amazing place, we have stayed in many hotels but this is the best in Laos, I have stayed in more expensive hotels but this experience was amazing,The price may be higher than accommodation in the city, but compared to the experience I get, I think it's worth it,I talked to the owner of the accommodation and he gave details that the accommodation was designed by an architect and is the only one in Laos,Construction costs are three times more expensive than building on land. It is not surprising that the prices are higher than elsewhere,I highly recommend it, just a little more expensive than staying in the city but you will get an amazing experience.

Lots of ants in the bathroom. I was charged more than price on the menu and staff said they forgot to update the menus. It’s a beautiful place but I think it’s overcharged. The bikes that they offer to get into city centre have weak to no breaks

Beautiful and peaceful place. Overall very clean and I’m glad I stayed there . Great to relax for a few days when you’re sharing but for solo travellers very expensive

More selection of food at breakfast like a yogurt with granola and fruit. Most of the meals involved eggs and the one time I ordered pancakes they had not received their banana shipment that day. However, their croissants were quite yummy and the staff was always super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful floating house cabins right on the river. Great deck and sweet mesh net to hang out on and enjoy the amazing views. Bed super comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfasts was okay but staff was super kind. Kind of far to walk to food restaurants in the town and not the safest to cycle or ride as the hotel is on a somewhat dusty unpaved pothole ridden road. It is doable though. Having said the above, this was not really and issue as they provide free shuttle to and from town. They also do offer for free cute bicycles to ride to town and around. They were in decent shape and I thoroughly enjoyed the use of them. Well worth it for the spectacular views you get from the floating houses!

Dinner was never available at the hotel on the evenings we were there. We kept being told it would be the next night, but it never was.

Nicely designed floating cabin in an exceptional location. Totally enjoyed our 3 nights there, it felt very special.

Boats can sometimes come close by which can cause the bungalow to rock on the water, it’s quite manageable but if you get seasick it could be an issue! The restaurant didn’t have the full menu available when we ate there which was a bit disappointing.

The room/bungalow is an absolute 10/10. So comfortable and spotless, with good wifi, a smart TV and a luxury hotel style bathroom. They will pick you up from the centre and offer other services too. Breakfast was really good and had a good variety compared to other places in town. The area is absolutely stunning and the price paid is worth it in our opinion .

We are a family with two kids and had to book two rooms - they gave us the ons at each end furthest from each other. Maybe they cold have been a bit for forward looking and planned for two next to each other

Not a negative on the property but the free bikes are extremely bumpy and the road is very dark after sunset so just a heads up.

Extremely clean and the location was amazing. We felt relaxed from the first minute to the last. The staff are helpful and offer a free shuttle in and out of town up until 9pm.

I don't know if anyone else experienced it but there was a very strange&loud sound at night (couldn't tell if it was the water system or some loud insects). Also, keep in mind it really is a floating house! There are quite a lot of boats passing by and the house moves... a little overpriced in my opinion. Still a very nice stay :)

The hot water did not last enough to actually fill-up the bath, which was a pity, as that bath and its placement were inviting for a very long soak.

This place is a dream. Your own private bungalow floating on the river in front of a jungle-clad karst. Your own deck where you can chill out watching the sunset or have your meal. A bathtub that opens-up to the deck and the tranquility beyond. Lovely and helpful staff with surprisingly good customer service orientation.

Just a suggestion for breakfast to give more variety. Most of the choice are eggs dishes which is typical in Laos but I expected a bit more since the place is more luxurious.

Very beautiful place, it looks like paradise and the view is beautiful. We were able to use the bicycles when going to the town and we could have food on directly on our veranda. The staff was friendly and we loved the cute puppy!

Very luxurious, nice helpful staff

After a couple of days trekking and sleeping on a floor, and paddling back to town passing here, we decided to treat ourselves . We got a deal direct with them, and wow what a place. We’d stayed in another place in town earlier, but the difference is incredible. Soft big beds, a/c, a big bath, a smart tv if you need ! Very luxurious, nice helpful staff. The food in-house is excellent and priced same as the little restaurants in town, with interesting choices and delicious. They bring it to the room and you can eat by the water at sunset . Breakfast excellent and they bake their own bread and croissants. The view and location is priceless, best place in town, no doubt. If you can treat yourself to a night or 2, it’s well worth it. Watching the sun go down on the cliffs opposite is one of the highlights of our Lao trip .

The location was amazing! It is very quiet and beautiful here. You get an amazing view too. The rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. Not too far away from the view starting points. I loved this place so much! The breakfast was great too and the staff is super friendly and nice.

When we first arrived, we were amazed by the hotel's design. We wondered how they came up with it and who designed it. After talking with the hotel manager, we realized that the architect was Laotian, Because the decoration is like a 4-star hotel, but this is the time floating in the middle of the water, When the hotel manager explained the construction process, it was even more amazing because the construction would use engineers with specific expertise in calculations, The weight of each part of the house that is on the water because the tank must be used under the floor of the house, And the material is teak wood, which is quite expensive, It's no surprise that the hotel prices may be higher than other places in the city, but in exchange for the experience of staying, I think it's a perfect fit.

We stayed there for 1 night, the room was amazing, with a view you can't find anywhere else in Laos, the place was calm and very clean, The hotel is only 1 kilometer walkable from the city and the hotel also has free bicycles and a free shuttle to the city, The breakfast is excellent, they make fresh croissants and bread every day, plus grade A coffee, At first we felt strange when the boat passed by but after 1-2 hours we liked it more because it was like having a new experienceUnfortunately we only stayed 1 night. Next time I will come back. I really like this place.

It is just under 1km from town. An easy walk but very dark at night. Also a large set of stairs to climb up and down to get to your room.

Very comfortable beds, and most amenities are provided.
