Beautiful property. Room was immaculate, spacious with a rainfall shower and large bathroom, wardrobe space and free coffee, Tea and bottled water that was replaced daily by the staff here. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was absolutely delicious. Service was fantastic and there was a wide range of options for food & drink including smoothies and fresh juices. The manager couldnt have been more helpful. He booked our taxi to and from the waterfalls, as well as our train tickets from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng and had our tickets waiting for us the evening before we left! As well as this, we paid a small amount for a large amount of washing! They have it washed and folded for you the same day. You can really tell their passion for their guesthouse and as the guests we felt so comfortable our entire stay. The air-conditioning was brilliant and location is a short walk from night markets and the heart of Luang Prabang. Absolutely fantastic place, we couldn’t recommend it enough!!

I slept to good one night with the comfortable bed and the total darkness and quiet in the room made me think it was still early but when I checked the time it was 1.00 so missed doing a few things on this day. Don't be fooled like me waiting to see sunlight in your room it doesn't happen with curtains drawn set a alarm or enjoy a sleep in like I did.

It's a great place to stay the hosts are friendly and it is clean and neat. It's really easy to get around by foot to the major attractions markets temples and phously hill great cafes and restaurants not far either. I booked a train ride from here that bookaway told me was sold out and a motorbike so dont book tours , trains online it's so easy and convenient at the hotel with better options and reasonable prices. Thanks for the great stay in this amazing part of the world..

Walls are thin - there’s a busy road at the front of the property, and at the time I stayed a construction site at the back.

A bit of a walk from the centre

Big spacious room with huge double bed, and additional single bed (only booked a double room), all amenities like fridge and kettle in room. Room was cleaned every day - fresh towels etc. Breakfast was really good - different variety of fruit every morning, freshly squeezed orange juice, hot food made to order, tea and coffee provided. Staff really helpful, let us rent a bike for the day and could book buses/trains through them.

The room is ridiculously small. The balcony looks to a very busy street, no use of it at all. Water pressure is weak, and warm (never hot) water is to be waited for several minutes while the cold water runs out. There is a threat in the bathroom (on the mirror) that you might be charged 150 usd for plumming services if you throw the toilet paper into the toilet bin (and it, therefore, gets clogged I guess). There is no proper safety deposit box in the room. Upon request, one was brought to the room, but not fixed, so it might have been equally easy taken away (we used it as a bait for potential thiefs and saveguarded valuables elsewhere). There is no receptionist on duty after 9 pm, yet the hotel remains open, and the reception hall, with everything in, remains at disposal to anyone passing by (you are obliged to take off your shoes and keep them in front, and we also had bicycles . . .). Beds in our room were outdated and terribly squeeky. Furniture in general is ancient and of little use, and this gets even more.annoying as the space is so tiny and this useless furniture takes an important part of it. Finally, electrical sockets were constantly stopping working, so you never knew whether your mobile is being charged or not. A complaint gets it fixed, but the problem reemmerge every once in a while, so you complain again, they fix it, and so on. . .

Location is cool. Just a few minutes of a pleasant walk to the hustle&bustle of the downtown LPG. The receptionist was kindly taking care of our bjcycles and put the into the (relative) safety of the reception overnight (see below why relative). A la (very short) carte breakfast is just decent, nothing more.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The family who run the hotel are so lovely and accomodating and helped us out with booking day trips, tuk tuks around and transport to other cities. The room has everything you need and we had incredible sleeps with the blackout curtains and quiet street. Well located, about 10 mins walk to the main area and night market which we preferred. Would definitely stay again :)

Considering the inexpensive cost to stay there I have zero gripes. The stay lacked nothing. I always take into consideration what I pay v the accommodations I pay for, and in my opinion this hotel provided everything I needed for the inexpensive cost.

The location was just on the periphery of downtown, and as I had hoped quieter than a hotel in the heart of town. It was a mere few minute walk into downtown. Staff were super friendly and helpful in many ways, and the complimentary morning breakfast was great. This hotel is very clean with a traditional shoes-off policy before entering. Me being the last minute person I am… I really appreciated the 12 noon checkout time v the standard 11am. The Booking app along with checking in/out went smoothly. No hidden costs. They made renting a scooter super easy having it delivered from town, ergo not having to do a back n forth at a scooter rental facility. They also brought the scooter inside the hotel at night to prevent theft. Basically they made the stay quite a pleasant experience relative to the inexpensive cost per night compared to other nearby hotels.
