The water of the pool looked dirty, despite cleaning it all the time. There were many cats walking around.

Overall the room could use a bit of an upgrade, but I'm seeing this same issue all over in Laos so considering this the quality is still pretty good.

The location and the pool were very nice. Quiet but still easy to walk around everywhere. Breakfast was very nice! Fresh pancakes and eggs are prepared, and the space to eat outside is very cute.

The furniture is very old and in need of replacement or repair. Breakfast is of poor quality. The whole property needs investment and a bit of loving tender care. The pictures on Booking.com are not representative of the present state of the property.

It was very quiet at night. There are many takeaway and roadside food opinions near by. The shower worked well. The hotel has many shaded tables in the garden. The hotel is at the edge of town and has good views over fields to nearby hills and mountains. It's a 10 min walk to the centre of town.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can book any kind of tour in Vang Vieng and train tickets there. It’s just one stop service. The breakfast is delicious.

In order to go to the town Centre you have to pass through a dark area. Also the fridge and air conditioning in the room are somewhat noisy.

Property was not like the photos. Poor range of breakfast options. Our room did not have hot water, were offered to move room to a much smaller room and no discount on the price.

Con's Smell somehow of sewage but it disappear fast, swimming pool has no pump no filter no chlorine, breakfast is minimalist and Chinese oriented

Stairs are slippery as hell when it's wet, so if you're staying "upstairs", be aware of that if it rains!

There is no one to make up the room for us for 5 days, the stuff at the reception should be honest to the customers and do their job better.

The breakfast are good with many choices, the room in the traditional building is comfortable.

Very clean and tidy. Lovely big pool which we used a lot in the hot weather in July. Massive breakfast with many options to help yourself to. Easy walking distance to shops and main town area. Very helpful organising on going travel needs

The fridge didn't work at the room. You have to bring your stuff to reception to put it in a common fridge.

The room and the bathroom were not clean. I loved the pictures from the Booking, but the reality looks very different so have this in mind. Definitely don't expect luxury resort.

The people from the staff were really nice. We did not try the pool, but it was looking nice and we saw that the other guests were enjoying it. The breakfast was OK, nothing fancy, but had the basics. The room was spacious.
