Minor damage to bath tub, ants were in one corner. With a tropical climate that's to be expected

The restaurant was set up for large groups rather than couples. We were sat at a table made up for 8 so not very intimate. Some smaller tables for couples would be more intimate.

The room was spacious, clean, cool and very comfortable. The pool area was great. Staff were friendly

A very large garden area which needed more attention- sweep the paths and provide more shelter from the sun. A lot more could have been done with all the space- additional seating areas etc

Some more choices at breakfast considering the price for one night would have been good, but that's maybe complaining for the sake of complaining...

Nice spacious bungalow in a well maintained resort. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good restaurant, good sized pool, very comfortable and relaxing place, I regretted I booked just one night. If you have a motorcycle it's actually a good place to stay when you are in Pakse, as it is a 35 min drive from the center of town.

The restaurant is at the front of the hotel on the main road so can be a little noisy but presumably this is to catch passing trade

We stayed at the hotel on our last night of the Bolaven loop and after some pretty basic accommodation Sabaidee Valley was a little piece of luxury. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the cocktails were great. The staff are extremely friendly

The gardens were overgrown and generally looked a bit scruffy and dry. We checked in and went to the pool at about 4pm, it was busy with guests but there were no towels left and no staff so we could t even get a drink of water for about 45mins. Eventually more towels turned up and we could get a drink. They need staff in there at that popular check in time. We ate in the restaurant but all there was to drink was beer, expensive wine which you had to buy by the bottle or some sugary sparkling soft drink. No fresh fruit juice or smoothies at all despite being on the menu . Worst though was the fact that all the towels, in-room and at the pool were wrapped in plastic. Laos has a serious problem with plastic trash everywhere, the villages and roadsides are covered in it so why are they adding to the problem unnecessarily.?? We have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never been given plastic wrapped towels . Also it is unnecessary to wrap the glasses in the bathroom in plastic. Finally please provide tea bags in-room, not everyone likes coffee, I had to go in search of some.

Lovely large comfy beds, nice white linen, good size clean room with balcony. Rooms were nice and quiet we didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms and slept really well. Kettle and coffee and hot chocolate provided in-room. Lovely pool with fabulous views. Our hot water system in the shower broke but they replaced it immediately while we were at breakfast. Staff were friendly and the restaurant staff put on a traditional dance which was a nice touch.

The quality of food (for breakfast) is not good. Moreover, they could offer good coffee for breakfast since they are in the heart of a coffee region.

This hotel pretends to be better than they are. In the restaurant not one of the staff members spoke English but were very kind. The check in is in the middle of the park. We had to search for it. We didn't have a nice view and the pool was much smaller than expected. They offeren us a coupon for a free Coffee, as it was mentioned, but it appeared to be not more than a small discount. It's not bad but not like it shows.

It was very clean and the room was good.

In a great cool weather place. The 880 meter elevation made the day time highs much cooler. Great places to go visit very close by including 3 waterfalls and coffee plantations!

The hotel is a nice venue on the way to Boloven, near nice waterfalls. The rooms provide space and pleasant facilities. There is a restaurant at site The breakfast is ok.

It could use a bit of cleaning. There was a lot of spiderwebs on my balcony, granted it was overlooking a small green area, but still it did look like it hasn't been cleaned or looked after. The room also smelled kind of old.

The pool was great and the breakfast was quite good as well.

In a region with such great coffee, it is a bit of a shame that it's not served for breakfast. Don't get this wrong, it's good coffee, but it could be outstandingly great coffee. Hardly the mistake of the hotel, but it is a bit of a remote area in a touristic sense. So be aware that you will need some means of transport if you want to move around (I'm sure the hotel will help booking tours/drivers though)

Beautiful retreat, not much comparable in the area. Indoor and outdoor shower. Pool with an amazing view. Small shop just on the other side of the road for drinks, cigarettes or whatever you need. Really friendly staff from the neatby villages/town. Quiet and comfortable. Good food at the restaurant, breakfast was good

I don’t normally stay in places that are that big (I prefer smaller guesthouses) but this was a wonderful last night on the bolaven loop after a few nights in homestays/simple accomodation.

it’s really need a good cleaning. my room had some dead geckos which is weird so I had to ask stuff to give me a sweeper and I had to clean it by myself.
