Room J- was small, no day light and the rooms smells of sewage coming out of the bathroom. No issues like this with other rooms.

This is a lovely hostel but if you get room J you’re going to hate it. It’s an awful room . Staff was super lovely and tried to resolve the issue with the room but they were fully booked. In the end I got a part refund

The water pressure for the sink can be weak at times but it's totally fine with the shower head. The location is around a 10 minutes walk from the night market and the tourist area. There's no gate at the hostel and the room door can be a bit hard to close/lock.

The hostel is nice and clean with very comfortable beds. The room size is sufficient and you get your own curtains/light/ fan and locker. Aircon works well which saves us from the summer heat of Luang Prabang. The bathroom is very clean, the cleaning staff does a nice job keeping it up. There's a large social area to hangout and meet fellow travellers. They do good smoothies and food at the restaurant/cafe. The area is very open and have a large plot which makes it very comfortable to stay in. You can book slow boat / train tickets or minivans at the hostel which makes life easier. Would definitely come back if I have a chance.

The door to the dorm was squeaky and the lock in the bathroom hard to open so the doors were making a lot of noises making it a bit hard to sleep.

The beds are big and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was nice and had a decent price.

The internet. I work online and the internet was unstable and eratic, it sometimes won't load instagram. I had to go work from a coffee shop to get good enough internet to work.

It's very clean, the staff is very helpful and there is a good vibe. It's quite chill and not too loud. The entire place is deeply cleaned every morning and throughout the day.

The rooms themselves were lousy. Beds were uncomfortable, the curtains don't really block the light and the air-con stops early in the morning, making the room boiling hot. The bathroom was poor and smelled bad all day long, and then weren't any hot water at night.

The yard, including the pool area, the bar and some sort of a garden, were lovely - beautiful, spacious and fun. The location is right in the center of the town, a short walk away from almost everywhere and especially close to the night market.

Not much room to hang out wet clothes, especially for the rooms in the ground floor Rooms (12bed) are small, not much space for backpacks

Nice rooms and comfortable. Beds were a very decent size and plenty of storage next to beds (1 large and 1 small cupboard per bed in a 6 person dorm). Bathrooms and room was cleaned daily. Pool and bar areas were okay. Nice atmosphere not super party but still social and quietens down by midnight.

Dorm rooms don’t have lockers/storage areas. Very humid as bathroom in the dorm (don’t use this- use the ones by pool), pool was quite dirty so didn’t use, trip to waterfall used unsafe driver (we paid the same & sat on wooden stools, also not with the hostel group as expected)- should have more social events planned.

The pool was dirty. They cleaned it everyday but it seems they just used a net to get the leaves out and did not actually use products to clear the water. I booked for the pool and did not dare go in. People came in to “clean” the room and bathroom daily but there wasn’t actual cleaning going on from what I saw so it would get a bit dirty.

The property was conveniently located. Several restaurants & cafés nearby and a 5min walk from the main street and night market. I was in an 8 bed dorm and it was quite spacious. We each had 2 lockers and one of them was in the bed, which was convenient. They do not provide free locks & towels so bring your own or be prepared to pay extra. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious. There was always access to a balcony overlooking the pool. Not the most social hostel I have seen, but there is a nice exterior common area, a pool table, a pool and a restaurant on site with fair pricing.

I guess as many have said here already - lacking a bit of privacy, my bed had a curtain, but it was rather useless, as it was almost transparent and hanging somewhere in the middle. also there was no place to store your bag, that's why the bags are taking all the space on the floor

If you want to rent a towel it was 20000 kip per towel. Duvets had some stains on. Padlock and key missing from the cupboard in our beds. Some of the food items not available at the bar. Maybe a lack of events hosted by the hostel at night ?

Good location, 5-10 minute walk to night market and hustle and bustle. Capsule beds offer privacy (recommend 12 bed rooms as these have the capsule beds), beds were comfy. Bathroom in the room was cleaned everyday and the room was accessed by a key fob, which made it feel very safe. Staff were nice and we booked waterfall excursion and the train to Vang Vieng through the hostel. The WiFi was really good and the bar area had a pool table, nice food and drinks at a reasonable price. Fob bracelet meant you could load money on and pay for food and drink at the bar.

Lots of demand meant I had to shift rooms but the staff was helpful in this.

The curtains at the end of the beds were a little thin and see through, which made the privacy element not feel great. There was also nowhere to store Big backpacks in the rooms so the floor of the hostel always seemed so messy. I think the outside area needs a few drying racks for people to hang wet clothes on :)

The dorm bed pods were really comfortable and spacious. The courtyard area is beautiful (especially at night) I rarely see the outdoor areas of hostels look SO nice!

No curtains in the female dorm, the coffee and food could be better, the swimming pool was greenish, but you could swim there anyway
