I love this room. The room is so big, but we just stay only 1 night. We will come back & stay here when we visit Vientiane. The room also clean too. We really like this hotel. The location is good too, quite near to Patuxai Monument. Staffs are also nice and support us a lot. We will recommend this hotel to my friends if they visit to Laos. We will come back later. Love it so much ^^

The kitchen had no cloths, washing up liquid etc. Hard to find restaurants close by.

Great upgrade to a small apartment, kitchen, lounge, awesome huge bed, good aircon, lovely breakfast, good location and view of Victory monument. Royal kitchen was the only restaurant we could find, pretty good Thai, Indian and Lao food.

The Staff. All very kind and personable. Special thanks to MR. VONGKGAN VONGTHONGCHIT who went the extra mile to help us even before we reached Vientiane. He's our first contact and sure speaks for the rest. Our sincere thanks to you, Sir! Thanks to the staff behind the counter - day and evening shift. Their smiles, kindness and efficient service is worth coming again. To the cleaning, kitchen and other staff members, thank you all! They work behind the scene yet they make their presence known in the whole building.

1. The cutlery, plates and pots were quite old and full of scratches 2. The pool was a little bit dirty 3. If the price had been more affordable, we would have stayed there for longer time (it turned out that we needed 4 nights).

We had been there for 2 nights. 1. A lot of space for family of 3 people - 2 rooms 2. Breakfasts were of decent quility 3. Bathrobes were very kind gesture from the hotel 4. Soundproof was amazing, we did not hear a sound from outside.

There was nothing not to like.

We had spent 70 days 'on the road' in SE Asia and the Urbanite was supposed to be a treat, a bit of indulgence after a long list of budget accommodation. We had a lovely time at the Urbanite hotel and felt truly pampered. The staff were polite and courteous but also friendly and kind. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day and had a great feeling of spaciousness about it. We loved the kitchen and bathroom, indulged in Netflix and enjoyed the views from the balcony. The breakfasts were great and it was a treat to try a different breakfast menu every day. We made daily use of the lovely swimming pool and look forward to it after trudging the hot streets of Vientiane. The Urbanite gave us time to relax, indulge and recharge our batteries.

Very kind staffs, nice room, Patuxay view, roof top gym and tables, huge and comfortable bed, deep and clean swimming pool, various breakfast, relatively far from tourist street and Mekong river markets so hotel is very quite, staffs let us take shower even after check out. Willing to visit Urbanite Hotel again when i go to Vientiane next time.

Sofa could be bigger,as has the space.

Good location near the monument. Quiet area. Windows had screens, as a good temperature not needing the air conditioner. We had the 2 bedroom apartment. Good space. Breakfast area was spacious. Food had a good variety and tasted lovely.

The breakfast didn't have any vegetarian/vegan options apart from cereal or toast. This wasn't a massive deal to me as I'm happy to eat both of those but it's worth noting

The staff were what made this hotel ( especially Deth). Super friendly, welcoming & helpful. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette & washing machine which is useful when travelling for a longer period of time. The gym was small but had enough equipment for a workout and it worked fine, plus it has aircon which is a bonus. The pool was nice however the toilet by the pool needed to be cleaned.

Staff really friendly, above all front office.they suggested me nice place to visit to have laotian food,in particular Deth, has been really professional and welcoming, he made me feel like home. Spectacular view from the balcony. Breakfast really good with different type of food,sweets included. Staff at breakfast always kind and smiling.

Great staff. Good breakfast also for customers who like sweets and cappuccino .I got an amazing upgrade even if I didn't asked for it, the customer next to my room had TV on,at a really loud volume, I asked the staff to tell him to lower it down and they moved me to a gorgeous room. Comfy bed.

if you ask them to book some transportation, it def. over-charged. Just book yourself with the Loca App. They charged 15 USD for 10 mins drive (should be like less than 5)

Not much to do around the hotel, we had to travel quite a distance to get to somewhere with more going on.

Large apartment with kitchen and washing machine, fabulous balcony views and comfortable beds. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
