Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Saudi Arabiaits a noisy street but thats not their fault and i knew it was a noisy street before i booked so i wasnt surprised either, however maybe look into better soundproofing.
if you want to stay in hamra, its tough to beat this location and very tough to beat this view. although its pricier than most in hamra but for good reasons. i booked the suite with the tub which was good for hot soaks after hiking every day.

NorwayIt's not easy to find the parking of the hotel. We were 2 persons in the room, and the towels in the room were only for one person. I understand that in the hotel, they are following a green policy to reduce water waste. But I think it can be applied for long stays.
Clean room and comfortable. The room is modern and stylish. We stayed for a night only. The staff were helpful, and they responded immediately when we contacted them.

United Arab Emirates- Booking didn't show the exact amount to be paid at the property. The required amount on booking was $214 for 2 nights, but then they explained that there's an extra charge from booking and it's an additional of 1.8 or something which came up to $240.

United StatesThe room is pretty spacious with a nice view of the city. The location is perfect for remote work and exploring West Beirut - walkable to the American University of Beirut, Pigeon Rocks, the Corniche, Zaitunay Bay, etc. Lots of food places and grocery stores on the ground floor of the hotel and along Bliss street. Staff is attentive and helpful. WiFi is working great and we were able to use Zoom call for work and streaming Netflix with no problems. Highly recommended.
