Pillows: only 1 pair of very soft pillows, I like medium pillows, the location is somehow hard, where it's in internal street and not on main street,

The room is barely cleaned everyday. A real lack of cleanliness unfortunately, especially in the bathroom. The wifi is quite bad.

The location is a bit far from the main sights, better to book if you have car.

We arrived to the hotel late evening, the staff welcomed us so warm and upgraded our room for free. The room was junior suite, spacious and perfect view from the balcony. Anything we ask for, we got provided fast. Enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the best and most convenient hotels i have been to, located perfectly in Beirut around key areas with a very safe and nice surrouding. The water drain is probably blocked and the water floods the bathroom. No proper ventilation in the bathroom.

Spacious, cozy and modern room with a separate lounge space. Beds and bed linen are good, wardrobe is capacious with a safe inside. Location is good for museum visiting, but to get the famous sights is not easy on foot, a taxi is needed.

The plughole on the floor in the bathroom was rusty, as well as the toilet brush holder, which is not ok for a 4 star. Probably because water was often overflown from the shower. The taxi booked via the hotel to the airport was 2x the normal price.

Good location, quiet side street. Clean room, although a bit smaller than anticipated (around 20 sqm, not 40 sqm as stated), but absolutely fine. Very kind staff, prompt room service. The bed was super comfortable, best mattress I have ever slept on. Room equipment was nice
