Hotel needs renovation but the situation as it is can say it’s ok .

Great stuff and very welcoming you feel like home especially Ibrahim and Mohammed and the very well known person Mr.Afif the Joker .

I do totally understand the situation in Lebanon, that it is not easy to invest money in a bankrupt country like this, but it could have been so good to make a small repairs and update inside the room.

Very helpful and communicative staff, especially Ibrahim on the front desk and the hotel manager madam Ruba. Location is very centric in middle of everything in Hamra, even on walking distance from Roucheh. Breakfast was a great Lebanese one that i have missed since ling time.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The location is great, in the middle of hamra street. The room was clean and contained everything we might need. The breakfast was also very good especially the pastries 😋 But I only wish the pillows were more comfortable. In overall it was a great value for money

The only complaint is that they charged me an extra fee for the mini-bar without notifying me before that it was excluded from the stay.

It is not worth taking trips from the hotel. It's much more expensive than in the city. Don't be afraid to book trips in Lebanese travel agencies (also via booking com).

The room was comfortable, kettlee & coffee/tea/water are available in the room and small fridge. Good air-conditioning. Wifi is fast but in some rooms (like mine) you have to seat next to the front door to have signal. There was no internet connection in the middle of the room. It's not a problem with check in and out in the middle of the night. Tasty breakfest. Hotel is next to Hamra street. It's best place if you want to sightseeing the city (also close to the Pigeon Rock).

The square where in located the Hotel is crowded, many cars and people around. But this is also the vibrant part of the city with many shops and restaurants.

Good location in Hamra, convenient to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the Lebanese breakfast. Room was clean and well-maintained. If you have any doubts or questions, ask Mohamad, the employee at the reception. He will explain and assist you with what to do and where to go.

Breakfast did not seem wow so chose to eat in the locally based authentic restaurants.

Ideal location in Hamra approximately 20 minutes travel time from Airport depending on traffic. Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops and harbour promenade.

Staff very attentive and welcoming. Everyone made time to ask about your day and wellbeing. Felt like a home away from home. Tasty breakfast, including daily fresh fruit from the farm. Rooms serviced daily. Nice comfy beds. Great location –Hamra. Hotel helped to organise tours with pick up and drop off from hotel.

Dia was so helpful to me. When the tour was canceled, he found another tour and put me in. He contacted different tours and tried to find the best option for me. Much appreciated.

The hotel Is located in good position and provides good service. Very good breakfast. I stayed there for 3 nights with a group of 14 people on June 2023. Everyone was really satisfied. I warmly suggest this hotel.

Nothing that I did not like really. Just a little improvements here and there would help make this nice hotel even better.

Room was comfortable- A/c very good . The bed could be a little more comfortable (there is a plastic underlining for hygienic purposes) which makes it a little hot & sweaty and a bit less comfortable. Bathroom looks fresh and good (obviously recently renovated) Staff are wonderful; very accommodating & helpful. They really made me feel most welcome. Location on HAMRA street on the corner of Jeanne D’Arc could not be more convenient - loved it Breakfast was OK - authentically local, but I felt a little too repetitive. Could do with more variety

Good breakfast, but not any variety.

Location was very good, in the centre of Hamra region. The room was quite good and comfortable. We had asked for parking, and although there was not covered parking in the hotel, the staff kept our car in front of the hotel and we had not any problem.
