Unfortunately, the hotel does not have slippers and shampoo, but they will provide them for you if you ask.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and overall we were satisfied. It is a beautiful hotel in Achrefiah, one of the most wonderful locations on this side of the city. Within walking distance of the hotel are Gemmayzeh, National Museum, Mineral museum and many other attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Usually the most critical issue is electricity in Beirut and there is no problem with electricity in this hotel. As two people who do not know Beirut at all, we think we made the right decision by choosing this unpopular hotel. Special thanks to Abed, Joe Azzar, Bassam. Türkiye'den selamlar.

There isnt shampoo in the bathroom, just a bar of soap and the fridge wasnt plugged in and working so we had to figure it out

This is an excellent choice and very good value for money. The apartment was comfortable and well set up, with a lovely green private balcony. It would be perfect for a longer stay. I was particularly impressed by how helpful the staff were. I had to leave very late at night and they went out of their way to accomodate me and find me a taxi.

I was not told that they only take cash payment on site, plus I was surprised that there is electricity cut outs in the hotel ( 3 times a day for Max duration of 1 hour each )

The Location is nice and not far from the city, but it is bit tricky to find parking in the area.

it was unclear how to check out. The Wifi was off early mornings.

As mentioned in a previous review, helpful staff but you may need to reach them via WhatsApp. The room is comfortable and it was right for our needs. There were scheduled power outages which we were able to take in stride. Wifi worked when power was off, but had issues in the early morning after the outage.

It was not always easy to reach reception. We didn’t know where to leave keys upon departure. Schedule power outages need to be announced more clearly upon reservation.

Helpful staff, nice layout, great location in Ashrafieh. Cool AC when electricity was working. The room is well insulated. This was just what we needed.

As with the rest of Lebanon at this time (sadly) they are reliant on generators for electricity They tell you at check in times when electricity would be turned off. (12-1pm/4-5pm/4-6am), WiFi stays on even when the electricity is out
