The sound proofing is very bad, I was staying in the 5th floor, the sounds of the cars and motorcycles was very high inside the room it woke me up several times , though the doors were closed and the shutters as well.

Gym is not available.. as you can not call the small room with damaged equipment on the roof a gym

Its clean and tight.. very close to everything..amazing front desk staff.. team is lean and acting fast .. room is very nice .amazi value for money I will definitely book with them again

During our stay there were some summer party editions and the pool could not be used after 18h. During these parties the area converts to a restaurant and night party and you cannot acccess the rooftop at all unless you want to have dinner in the restaurant. - The gym is very outdated. Don't count on it at all

The rooftop pool is a plus. Few hotels in Beirut have such big rooftop pool. The room with sea view is great. The staff are great.

The restaurant prices are extremely expensive, but I was told that the restaurant does not belong to the hotel.

I love the high floors; unfortunately, there was very loud music at the bar nearby almost every night.

The Ain-el-Mraisseh neighborhood is one of my favorite areas in Beirut. I liked the fact that we were upgraded immediately upon arrival.

As I mentioned I didn't like to sound of music from the roof above because of the restaurant but not everyday as the street the same. I didn't like that free parking is not always available unless you come to hotel very late otherwise you have to give it to valley parking is available all the time

I like the location it is easy to move around and mostly everything is available around the place as renting a car, exchange money, supermarket ..... Also the room was clean and enough space free to move inside, but the restaurant above and the street can't help to sleep till little late time. I like the front desk employees, they are very helpful and friendly.

The room was a bit small for 2 people. But the view and the balcony made up for it.

The pool was not open due to renovation but I will reopen soon.

Very good central location. Rooms are big and clean, good price for a hotel in central Beirut. There are nice restaurants in the hotel and convenience shops in the corner. Staff is very nice, I wanted to thank specially Ryad, Zahera, Mohamad and George for their great service always with a smile and always ready to help. I will come back this summer!
