The breakfast was deadly boring - a plate of "take and ask no more". Had to find your plate, cutlery etc yourselve. Skipped breakfast after a few days. But around the corner -towards Jal el Dib is a great backery and at Lina at Jal el Dib Lunch is great. Second thing bar was closed - wanted a whiskey and de bar and te bottles were there but they did not serve. On those two points were terrible but te stay a rooms were good.

I requested for a non smoking room. And the room that I got it was smoking. I opened the balcony door but still.i believe most of the rooms are smoking.

Nice hotel located at jal el dib area many shops around , convenient to move around. I requested for some amenities amd towel on the app nd house keeping were very fast .Well done

A window screen to keep the mosquitos out would be nice. Also around the window is a big patch of dirt.

The room was not clean! Always there was a smell in the bathroom and the sink. The day before we check out we asked for housekeeping, but no one came nor cleaned the room(that day). We were out of tissues also!

I recently stayed at suite hotel and it was an exceptional experience! They didn't accept my visa for payment. it was a very cold weather one of the windows was not closing. No extra blankets.

I loved everything at this hotel, starting from the smooth check in and the friendly staff to the spacious clean rooms and the delicious breakfast. The location is almost close to everything you need and away from the noise, beds were comfy and clean and wifi was perfect! I will sure visit again. Highly recommended.

Variation in beverage for breakfast would be nice to have, but I was always happy with that has been served.

My room had a lovely furniture and its style exceeds my expectation by far. Recption staff was allways friendly and helpfull. Wellcome and farewell was pretty nice. The chambermaids did all their best and were allways friendly. Breakfast was delicious every day. The bathroom was very clean and everything worked fine. Air-conditioning had clean air and good temperature adjustment.

I was welcomed with a big smile 👌👍 This is not my first visit to the hotel, i was surprised with the renovation (painting, new couches..). The breakfast was good, those homemade jam and the crunchy man2ouche were very delicious.
