Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The stuff was very helpful and kind. Even though we arrived pretty early ( around 8 am) , they cleaned our room quickly and even offered us to have a breakfast while waiting. Also unfortunately we got poisined during our trip and the stuff & the cook took care of us. Plus, the location was pretty good, just between Hamra and Gammeyzah area. Breakfast was satisfying.

The most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever seen in my life, especially the reception staff. Clean and wide room, comfy bed. Central location, I could walk everywhere. Early check-in without extra fee. There was a breakfast with traditional tastes. If I come again to Beirut i would choose Parisian hotel.

United KingdomAs it is a tiny bit away from the sea/zaituna bay - although walkable - but it was difficult/impossible to see from our window, it's not really a problem - just a consideration. As the hotel is in a slightly residential area, people are able to see into the room from other buildings which can be a bit awkward for hijab wearing ladies who want to relax without a hijab inside their room. I appreciate due to the current situation in Lebanon very few if any hotels are offering complimentary breakfast at the moment, there are probably not enough guests for the kitchen/buffets to be open and functioning to full capacity. Indeed there is a room option on booking.com where breakfast can be paid for. Not really an issue but a consideration for fellow travelers. Otherwise no issues 👌
Really amazing and helpful staff. Rarely had a hotel this responsive on booking.com. Great customer service from Rania and Shahrezad, thank you. We even received a free room upgrade. Checked in around midnight which was way later than we expected. The Parisian Hotel waited for us and prepared a beautiful room for us. Not sure what the fuss with Shatafa is about within the questions section, there's a bidet and when we asked for a Shatafa before arrival via booking.com it already existed. We asked to pay in advance although we had the option to pay upfront and in cash, and we were sent a credit card authorization form which we filled and returned. The cost was taken safely and soundly. There was complimentary fruit and tea/coffee/water in the room. Thank you again for your extremely kind hospitality. We will visit again!
