GreeceA bit remote from the city; if you don't have your own means of transportation the movement is not so easy. Of course the reception is always there helping you to book tuk -tuk or taxi, but still you have to arrange everything in advance and to think twice to go for lunch etc in the city. Furthermore, this is a general disadvantage for the country right now, but I have to say it: everything is overpriced currently, and I do understand why, but still I believe people should know.
The view was awesome, the owner and the staff members were really warm and helpful, and you felt like you are living with a family. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious, I especially enjoyed labneh. The place was super clean and maintained really well, if you also think about the unstable situation in Lebanon right now, and it was mostly quiet. I would like to come back one day!

IraqThe great thing I like in the hotel could make me forget about the thing, I dislike about the hotel so am fine with it.
The hotel is not luxury hotel but really it has a great size of rooms and located in a quiet place and has an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea so you will enjoy the view of the sea at sunset or sunrise from your bed or even from the large balcony for those who’s love summer and the beach, the location is amazing to visit Nomad Beach, Ocean Blue Beach and Eden Sand beach and it’s far around 18 minutes walking and 4 minutes by car. The location is amazing because it is about 8 minutes from Byblos Citadel and the old town and has a free large parking area. Also, you could enjoy walking to the Starbucks, Black Barn, or even Spinners Supermarket near the hotel, taking around (6-11) minutes. Also in Bassment, They have a Spa centre so you could enjoy a massage after a long day on the beach or hiking or long walking. All the staff is amazing and kind and hospitality especially Lillia in reception and Soso in housekeeping. Even the manager of the hotel is so kind and so welcome and helpful and they make you feel you are part of the family of the hotel and you are not a guest and that is why I always book this hotel every time I visit Byblos. I recommend this hotel to people who like quiet romantic time and love summer beach time.

From the moment we entered reception we were made to feel at home by Charles and his staff. Our rooms were perfect we were able to sit on our balconies and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast started with "turkish" coffee followed by freshly baked Zatar bread along with the cheese, olives, jam etc. There was also a small bar well stocked bar where you could finish the night off. Charles went out of his way to arrange car hire for us at very short notice, as I had hurt my leg he also managed to get me a walking stick for a few days. This place could not do enough for us, nothing was a problem! I would certainly recommend it to anyone............
