Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI think the prices may be the highest on the island and among the resorts around here. They really do try to make it all worth it though, and do a good job. I think the only thing I don't like is how expensive the helicopter is for the 7-minute ride 😂 but it is a big time saver. By car, the time to the airport is about 45 minutes. It would be awesome if the helicopter ride included a tour around the island.
Even before I arrived to check in, the service was impeccable from the beginning. And even after I left the hotel, they were super helpful. The architecture, the food, the views, serenity, and especially the service from all the staff was truly deserving of the perfect ratings. I really love having a butler (major domo), and all of the additional attention to details and helpfulness that was provided every single day. They helped me arrange everything and make the trip completely stress-free. Including my arrival from another resort, and my departure to another.

United StatesAbsolutely no complaints about this property. Only thing I would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool. Side note: a bumpy ride to reach the top of the mountain to get to the property. 1hr drive from airport (UVF).
This property was absolutely breathtaking. The views were unrivaled. The staff was so nice and personable. The property boosted every amenity you could possible need. The Major Domo (Butler) was so attentive. This property is definitely geared toward couples. Such an amazing opportunity to reconnect and celebrate Love. This property was worth every single coin. The property looks exactly like the photos.

Top notch hospitality, from driver who picked us from airport to private butler. All staff very courteous and ready to help. So considerate that the executive chef Velario, came down to the beach to inform us that he has found “halal” meat for us and will be cooking anything we like!!! Many thanks all of Jade mountain and Ane Chastanet staff in creating beautiful memories 😀
