We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We loved our stay at Maggie's Inn in Soufriere, St. Lucia. Our host, Christopher, was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed: towels for the sulphur springs, drying racks for our wet things, a stocked kitchen so we could make our meals if we wanted, and a lovely deck overlooking the town and ocean to enjoy it by! Our beautiful suite had every modern amenity. Each plug had a USB port for our electronics, which we appreciated, and the A/C was a welcome relief after a hot day!

Maggie's Inn was absolutely perfect for us! We stayed two nights here in what we that is the perfect location in Soufriere. 5 min walk to the big grocery store , 2 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the Botanical Gardens! The apartment has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook, 2 amazing patios to watch the sunrise/sunset, view of the pitons, we loved having our morning coffee out there + the bed was super comfy (just what we needed after our long flight), great water pressure, strong air conditioning, lots of outlets to charge your things! Christopher made us a wonderful, complimentary local breakfast one morning, he also owns a taxi service so helped us out with transfers which was so convenient!! Don't hesitate to book here, I guarantee you'll enjoy it as much as we did! Highly recommend!

IrelandMaggie's Inn is a great place to stay for a visit to Soufriere. Christopher is very responsive and goes out of his way to help with advice on local sights and things to do. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops and also to Diamond Falls that are a must see! Christopher provides airport collection and drop off as well as taxi to all local attractions. The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern and very well equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. It's very secure and located in a quiet area. We would definitely recommend Maggie's Inn as the place to stay in Soufriere!

Extremely well equipped and in pristine condition. Great views from two outdoor balconies. Space looks small in pics but seems much bigger (high ceiling). Beautiful space. Comfy bed. Easy access to dockside, beach, stores and restaurants. View of Petit Piton. Superb support from host to access sight-seeing and great experiences in the area. Welcome wine and chocolates. Christopher even treated us to a St Lucian breakfast on Independence Day. Delicious! Like a luxury resort room (except with an awesome fully stocked kitchen too) at budget pricing. Amazing. Best B and B expérience ever, anywhere.

He checked in with me every day as female travelling solo to make sure I had everything I needed. It has two private balconies , lovely full size kitchen and bathroom. It is excellent accommodation and I would highly recommend it

United StatesThe studio was extremely comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and perfect for a solo trip. I enjoyed both balconies and liked the option to move to where there was a breeze. Beautiful view of Petit Piton, sunsets, nature behind the property, and the neighborhood from the balcony. A/C worked great, and the ceiling fan made it comfortable without using the A/C all the time. There's a small grocery store, bakery, and to-go/takeout restaurant one block away from the property. Friendly neighbors, and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood alone. Short walk to the beach and bus station. In my opinion, this is a superior option compared to being isolated in a resort with other tourists. Definitely a great place if you want to experience the beauty of the island and its people.

FranceChristopher is a very nice person, caring for his guests. The apartment was excellent, cleaned, and very close to the beach. There are 1 patio and 1 balcony from which we could see the stars, sunsets, sunrises..! Equipment and what was available went beyond our expectations! There were lanterns, sunscreen, as well as bottles and 2 local beers waiting for us in the fridge. In case the heat is too much, the AC and the fan help very much. In any case, Christopher tried to check up on us every day. And to top it off, he offered a nice bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. Do not hesitate twice, BOOK THIS PLACE. Christopher, thanks again for your hospitality. 😀

PolandParking is small, so you have to park on the side of the street but this is in whole St Lucia and owner always can help you.
This is a studio i can live in! I absolutely adore how the owner made it. Very comfortable bed, huge shower, extremely well equipped kitchen ( in the morning I was able to make my own juice from oranges the owner gave me) the terrace with a view of Piton is so nice. Christopher is a such a great host, you can ask him everything and he is willing to help.

United KingdomIt was in a residential location right next to the sports field so it was very noisy every single night and day from around local neighbourhood . Not much you can do about that ! Lots of steps up to apartment and bit of a walk from town and beach on backstreet roads .
