“Michael the host and owner of the resort is the best host I have yet experienced. The place was clean and beautifuly set in a nature setting. Micheal took us on a stunning hike through the mountains, took us to the local market, cooked for us and gave us a Sri Lankan cooking lesson. He was above and beyond nice, helpful and hospitable. A plus are the kittens and a sweet dog that roam around the place. I am looking forward to my next visit.”
“Michael is a Host among hosts. The level of attention, care, and kindness shown by him is exceptional. He went out of his way to always make sure I was as happy and comfortable as possible. Spending so much time and effort just trying to understand me. He even guided us up the mountain. And never asked for extra, this is the thing: he is truly not all about the money. Which is a disappointingly rare trait nowadays.
It is also very tranquil there and highly recommend to anyone considering going through the area to stay here. Food also great!”
