We ordered the English breakfast and it seemed like they didn’t quite know how to do that. Tea and coffee came last when we were already finished eating. But this is not a tourist area. I’m sure they are better at serving Sri Lankan breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice except our air conditioning was a bit weak. They fixed it so it was better.

We recently had a pleasant stay at Agape Hotel in Mannar. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the area, and we loved the convenience of the European electricity outlets in our room. The manager/ lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring Mannar. The hotel itself is a good option for travelers who want a comfortable stay without paying for any frills. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu, but the food was tasty and satisfactory. Overall, Agape Hotel in Mannar is a good option for travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay. It offers a great location, helpful staff, and decent amenities.

The staff was very nice. The woman working there (guess she was the owner or hotel manager) recommended a guide taking us to see flamingos. Another person working there, Fazil, helped us with different things during our stay. Very nice guy.

Well run hotel with a restaurant attached in Mannar. Would suggest that it is the best of the alternatives to the Palmyrah which is a higher end option located in an isolated spot further out of town.

The bathroom space and equipment can be upgraded a bit. TV Channel's languages are automatically converted to theirs. so it's really good If you can edit it into the original Language (English) . English Subtitles were there. They have good channels.

All around very good location for sightseeing on Mannar Island. Front desk 2 ladies are nice and very supportive. Food is okay for the price they charged. The room was spacious for a big family. A/C worked well. Mrs Noeling upgraded our room to a Superior without any charge and she arranged our Dinner at the Terrace by request. Shared her sightseeing book and maps. Friendly Staff. Highly appreciated.

The first night a big noisy family was served dinner in front of my room. They also were hanging around in the corridor speaking very loudly. The door to the room is made of plastic, not demping noise, like a wooden door would do.

As it was my second visit I was given a nice clean spacious room on the first floor. staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Noeline the lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We booked a normal room and she upgraded the room to the new ones. Room was spacious and cleaned with all the facilities Bed and mattress is comfortable and perfect for a rest after a 6h trip from Colombo. Breakfast was good and according to our request.

We had such an perfekt stay in Hotel Agape. The Lady from the Hotel Management was so friendly and helpful, always making sure we have a good time and giving us many Tips for the Arena around Mannar. Overall the Service was extraordinary, the Staff was very friendly and extremely courteous. The Food at the Restaurant, which is directly on the hotel premises was very cheap and good!!! We had an outstanding time with Fazil, who is also working in the hotel. He organized us a private tour around mannar. He was our tourgide and brougt us to talaimannar with a bus, showed us some wonderful beaches and drove us werever we wanted to go. It is also to mention, that we got an free upgrate of our rooms, which were very comfortable btw. As we wanted to extend our stay for another night at the last minute, it was no problem at all for the hotel, so they are very flexible as well. We had a very very nice stay and would totally recommend!! Thanks for everything!!! 😇

The staff were not very friendly, they were reiterating the hotel rules many times to me. They were surveillancing me during my stay and were very suspicious of me. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay at this hotel. The manager, Noeline, insisted that I bring a parcel to her family to one of the spots I am visiting during my checkout. I was a customer at the hotel on my vacation and it was very wrong that I was requested to run errands for the manager. I am very unhappy with the stay at this hotel.
