If we were to be picky we would have liked softer sheets on the bed but other than that the facilities were great!

A wonderful home with a beautiful and kind family. They prepared us delicious food, and catered for our dietary Vegan needs. Great communication and a very clean space. The family were friendly and gave great recommendations, we even rented a bike from them for the day.

For the price can't really complain but it could be improved with a few inexpensive extras such as toiletries. In the end we just needed a clean place to get some rest overnight so it was a perfect option

Good value for money. Very nice and friendly hosts. We didn't request breakfast but had a nice home made chicken fried rice in the evening and they also offered us an extra curry.

Very nice homestay place, there are several rooms, shared living room, shared open air dinner place and big secured parking. Owners family is very nice and friendly it was very nice to speak with. Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

We had the best time! The property was great and the air con worked well! There was enough privacy as we were round the corner from the house. The family were really lovely and kind people and they made us very welcome. They also both spoke very good English. They cooked a very delicious breakfast which we LOVED. They also kindly rented us bikes and drove us to Arugam bay at the end of our stay for a very good price. Thanks!

Nothing. It was truly an amazing stay. When I’m back in Sri Lanka I will go out of my way to stay here again, just to visit such an amazing family.

Both rooms had air conditioning and fans. The showers were very good and bathrooms clean and spacious. The hosts were extremely hospitable and Elisabeth is an excellent cook. The food is beautiful. Shadrac has some cool magic tricks and stories to tell.

It’s far away from shops, restaurants etc Your own vehicle is needed, unless you don’t mind walking.

It was the best homestay in Sri Lanka. The house is situated in a calm place, outside of city. It’s possible to rent a bicycle to explore the area and beaches. The owners are very hospitable and kind. The room was clean, comfortable and with good AC. For a request, it’s possible to order home cooked food.

Everything! Shathrak and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts. The room are cozy and clean. You can have delicious breakfast and dinner. You can also rent bikes. The location is very close to the beaches. Thank you also for the nice experience you let us do 🙏🏼

Family were lovely, bikes available to rent at the property, breakfast was very nice, as well as lunch and dinner options available. Location a nice cycle to the beach and other restaurants. Family even helped when we needed medical advice. Bed was big and comfy with Aircon, great value for money too, would recommend

We asked to have an AC room which you definitely need in that area in August - so definitely suggest making sure you have AC and a fan.

Nice base for Pasikudah beach. Lovely family house with a garden, and the beds were comfortable with a shower. Nice breakfast as well. The family organised tuktuks for us which was great.

Extremely friendly family with sweet kids, beautiful garden with a lovely shadowy outside area. Very clean rooms and toilets. And hospitality you can only wish for! They care and cook for you and really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Very beautiful and cozy house! big rooms, very clean! There is hot water, which is rare in Sri Lanka. The family that lives in this house is very hospitable and kind. We ordered breakfast from them and it was delicious! There is a large yard around the house. My son enjoyed playing in the yard with the owner's daughter!) We are glad that we chose to stay with this family, they are very kind! We really hope to return to them again!
