All was perfect for me!

Absolutely loved my stay with Akash Treehouse. The treehouse is basic but comfortable - the breakfast was lovely. What really made my stay was the family! I had such a lovely time touring the property and getting to know this family! I also really appreciated that they offered tuktuk service to everywhere I wanted to go. The entire family made my stay so comfortable and welcomed me with the warmest hearts! Cannot wait to return! :)

The treehouse is amazing, it's really a place in nature. You have all the animals around like chipmunks, monkeys, birds,... The Family is really kind, helps to get from A to B, the food is delicious (breakfast and dinner!), I got fresh coconut water from the trees, the bed is really comfortable. I was working there from my laptop + also visiting the beautiful things around. I felt very welcome and extended my stay, as I also liked Sigiriya a lot. The treehouse is located close to a lake (approx. 15 Min. walk) where you can have a nice swim and walk in nature (it's beautiful to go there just before sunset as the light is amazing there). You also have a pretty good view on Lions Rock.

Staying in the tree house was a fantastic adventure. The hosts are very nice and polite. They will arrange any additional activity for you, so you don't have to worry about anything. For breakfast we ate a typical Sri Lankan breakfast. We ate similar dishes during other stays in Sri Lanka, but the host's wife's cuisine was the best we had the opportunity to eat in Sri Lanka. The lady can cook really well! We are happy to recommend it !

Akash and his family plus dog are very sweet and helpful. I booked very spontaneously a few hours before and they cooked for me a nice rice&curry and Akash got up with me in the morning to drive me to Sigiriya in his own Tuktuk. The treehouse is also lovely made and the bed is comfy.

Started with welcome drink ,and the room stay is perfect..the staffs are so friendly and guided for many ways ..they even arrange tuktuk at reasonable cost if needed,their complimentary breakfast is too good ..definitely worth the visit

It is pretty basic (everything selfmade) which is just something you need to know. But for this price it is so much nicer than we had ever expected

Everything was nice. Dinesh organised everything we needed (safari, transport to the beach, scooters…) and was always friendly and helpful as was his whole family. The breakfast is one of the best we had (changing every day). The treehouse is clean and there are mosquito nets. The balcony is very nice to just sit there and read. It is a very quiet place. When we arrived we had fresh flowers and a note with the wifi password in the room. It’s just a lot of details that show you how thoughtful the hosts are. Within 20 minutes you can walk to the city center.

The sink was leaking a bit, so the bathroom floor was wet most of the time.

The treehouse is beautiful, and located just a 30 minute walk away from the Sigiriya rock! The hosts were lovley and the breakfast was amazing!

The Akash treehouse is a very nice place to stay, middle in nature. The whole family is very friendly and helpfully with everything. The breakfast and the Dinner was amazing, homemade delicious food 😃 The husband is a Tuk tuk driver and offers his services. He can bring you wherever you want, even to the airport in Colombo.

We loved the novelty of being able to stay in treehouse style accommodation. The space was super clean, tidy and very private. We enjoyed our meals at the Akash Treehouse also. We would recommend this accommodation to others.

The place is amazing. It’s just a dream come true. The family were so kind with us, we felt one more. Was by far, the best stayed we had in Sri Lanka. It was magic and they teached us how to cook typical things. It was incredible. Oh and the dogs there are just making everything better. We are so greatful we choosed them. The Akash treehouse is perfect! It is so beautiful! All so comfortable! It has a bathroom and very comfy beds! No need to be scared of insects, there is a bednet. The Family is just amazing! Soo friendly and welcoming. You can take a cooking class with the Host. You feel there like a family member.

Everything was perfect!

What a great place this is! We spent two days in Sigiriya and loved this place! The location is great as well as the host. The family is so lovely, you get a lot of smiles, and we were sad to leave. The food they cooked for us was awesome! It was such a fun place for our kid too. If you want to stay in the nature and have a very local experience, this is the place. The owner drove us to many places, and also to our next destination to the east coast. We can't recommend the place highly enough! 10 stars ❤️

Dinesh and his family went above and beyond for making our stay as great as possible. The tree houses and breakfast are good! Dinesh drove us around the area in his tuk tuk for a full day and offered a dinner course with his family. We would highly recommend staying at Akash!
