The place is really nice. I will recommend this place to everyone. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They will provide a water heater, hair drier, iron, cupboard and dressing table. The room is really clean and the bed is also really good. Mirissa is 20-25 km from this place and thalpe beach also in walking distance. Breakfast also included bread, butter, jam, egg and tea. Personally I feel worth the money we are giving.

The only real downside is the location immediately off the A2 Galle Road but I knew that was the case when I booked it.

Two very nice beaches within walking distance. Breakfast was basic but served the purpose. Was nice to be just outside of the crowds of Unawatuna but easy to get there if you so desired.

You had to have a tuk tuk to go anywhere.

The air conditioning really helped with the heat and the beds were very comfortable..The staff were very accommodating and very friendly.. The beach was a very short walk.

We travelled with a 2yr old, so the location was not ideal to get to the beach. You have to walk on the street with lots of traffic. Wifi didn't work properly in our room.

Amazing value for the money. If you don't require high luxury standards, this is a good place to stay. AC was working well. They offer good food at extremely low prices. Breakfast is basic, but good and plenty. For backpackers, I think this is a great stay with great value. Pretty beach with calm areas where smaller kids can also go into the water.

The only downside to this property is the location however it is only a short tuktuk ride to turtle beach and Unawatuna or if you have a scooter this would be ideal.

Amazing standard at an affordable price. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Our host was super friendly and kind. Breakfast every morning was also great. We especially liked the Christmas decorations that were recently put up!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. The owner was very friendly and the food was delicious. I really liked that they had chairs and umbrellas for you to relax and enjoy the sun and surroundings. They provide transport to and from the resort and I believe around the whole of Sri Lanka if required. They also offer a laundry service which is a very good service. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and we will happily return.

Very pleasant place. At first thought to stay for one night but fell in love with this place and stayed for a week. Everything here is made with love. It is clear that the soul is invested here. A lot of thoughtful details. We were checked in much earlier than check in time. Power sockets right above the bed, which is very convenient. This is usually a problem in Sri Lanka. kettle, refrigerator in the room. mosquitoes protection. iron. shampoo, shower gel and even body lotion. there were even toothpicks. Board games. Very nice in the room. It feels like you are in Sri Lanka, and not just a number, it is not clear where. There are even books in the room. I have lived in many places in Sri Lanka. For the money this is the best. 2 night stay here was very relaxing and comfortable. If you prefer public transportation, I found the place to be easily accessible by train or bus. You can also explore nearby beaches such as Talpe Beach and Habaraduwa/Koggala Beach. Especially Kasun is taking care of you with a beautiful smile with all his heart!
