The water in the shower is not cold but also not warm. Also a small curtain on top the door window would be nice. There was quite some noise in the evening, not from the street but from people talking very loud.

The room is at the top of the house so does get very hot over the day. We found it a bit too hot even with the overhead fan.

We stayed 2 nights in the family room with sea view. It was huge, with a large shower room, balcony and even cooking facilities. All very clean. The breakfast was very good and staff lovely, smiley and very helpful. It's a stones throw from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants.

Nice and clean accomodation, very good value for money. Just few steps from the beach. Many restaurants and shops around. Family that hosts you is very nice and welcoming, they let us check out one our later. Thank you! Highly reccomended:)

I stayed here for 2 nights after my arrival at Colombo airport and before I would travel to the south. It’s a simple and cosy place, room was clean and spacious and the owners where really friendly! Its very close to the beach and some nice restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great location. Our family room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with loads of plugs, space for your things (sides, cupboards, tables etc) and a big balcony with another sink which was perfect for our group of 4. Location was great - a short taxi ride from the airport and you could walk to the beach and nice restaurants. Negombo town centre was walkable or a short taxi/tuk tuk ride away. Perfect stay for our first night in Sri Lanka.

In August it is very hot in a room without AC. The mosquito nets on the beds are too small, so they slide off the bed at night and touch the legs.

Excellent location of the hotel. 20 minutes to the airport, 50 meters to the beach. From the upper room with a balcony (without AC) you can see the sea. Very clean rooms, good breakfast, very nice owners. The hotel is frequented by arrivals and departures so the owners are prepared for your need to leave at night and can assist you with a tuktuk at a very good price. Every time we try to stay at this hotel.

It is not directly on the beach, it is one house behind. But OK for one night after flight.

We were so close to the beach it was a shame not to have been able to see it from our room and from the breakfast terrace.

The owner and his wife are lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size with air con and the breakfasts are delicious with plenty of fresh fruit. Beach and town both nearby and easy to get about.

Very clean and dry room. Very friendly owner with friendly children. Calm area. There are different rooms. One on the Top with kitchen and balcony with small view to the sea. Mosquito net and fan . A/C and breakfast perhaps extra pay.

We had an ocean wiew family room upstairs. Big space with two double bed, balconry with wiew.Fan , cooking facility , small drawer to close. Breakfast was good , everything made from Ravi and wife. We also made a wunderful tour for 4 days. We felt like home 😍

Everything was just as expected, if not better. The location is very nice, with easy beach access and it's close to many restaurants and shops. The hosts also organised a tuk tuk to the airport for a fair price. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean, the overhead fan worked very well. I'll be happy to return!

All the members of the family who run this hotel are very friendly and helpful, and help make the stay really comfy. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and filling. The host helped me plan the easiest way to take a train trip to Kandy, and gave me a lift in his tuk tuk at a very cheap price.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Lots of hot water and good shower. Fair price compared to other options in area. 10-15 minute walk from most bars and restaurants but plenty of good & cheaper options close by - much quieter at night for sleeping.

Well not nuch to do at Negombo but that has nothing to do with Annas Tourist Home.

Lovely family and a nice proper clean room. Good place to stay after or before the flight.
