Wonderful hosts DILSHAN helped us with all details and info He even gives you a fair price for his tuk tuk. We hired it to go to sigiriya and he gave us a good deal. His mom makes very tasty dinner !

Host is supper friendly. I had an issue with my vehicle, without any hesitation he helped me. Room was nice bed is comfortable washrooms are nice and clean. Hotwater is there. Good value for money. When i go to kandy again will not search for any other place.

The homestay is held by wonderfull people, espacially the owner who made us discover the wonders of is city. He was very kind and helpful with us, we discovered much more than expected thanks to him. The breakfast and rice & curry cooked by his mother were amazing, the room was very clean and quite big. They have a tuk tuk, which is perfect to drive around the city and sleep a bit appart of the noisy center. The place is very peaceful, we had an amazing time in Kandy and we recommend it without any hesitation !

Little bit out of the city but it’s good to be away from the busy streets

Incredible stay with an amazing family. Rooms were a good size, super clean and the bed was comfy. The man who ran the accommodation went above and beyond. Definitely try the home cooked meals, the mother was a cooking instructor. The food is fantastic. From 4 months of travel this is our favourite stay. Highly recommend.

Wifi didn't work during night time even we are correctly connected. But in morning it worked well.

Very comfortable, clean & beautiful place to stay. If we will have a chance to stay Kandy again, we will definitely come back here ! The owner is also very helpful.

Everything was excellent.

It was really value for money experience. Host was very friendly, cooperative and provided good guidance. He took me to tour of city which was really good experience. My return train to colombo was at 4.50am and he took me to station timely. It was great experience. Good wifi facility.tasty food.

Had a really pleasant stay! The host offered to be our personal guide in our own tuktuk to show us some sights to see around town. Room was clean and the staff was nice. Would definitely recommend!

The wifi was not the best and neither was the food. You can easily wat elsewhere tho as Kandy is a big city!

The place was really clean and the hosts will take and drop you by tuktuk wherever and whenever you want for a nice price. Really saves a lot of hassle bargaining with tuk tuk drivers. They also gave some advice on what to do and they were overall really friendly.

Was a perfect stay. Was there with my 2yr and we both loved it! And although not in the center (which was actually good) they have a tuc tuc to take you to places, cheaper than outside drivers. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Ana homestay. The owners are amazing people, they helped us in everything we needed. They cook meals if you want and take you visiting the city. The room is very comfortable and the bed as well. Hot water and very clean. Recommend 100% :)

Located out of the city for a more quiet experience it's a perfect place to relax, Dilshan is an exceptional host and went above and beyond for us this has been the best place I have stayed in all of Sri Lanka and if I ever come back to Kandy I will be staying at Apple Sara. Dilshan's mother is an amazing cook I can highly recommend the rice and curry. The whole family are lovely and willing to help any way they can. Clean rooms with hot water and comfy beds. Perfect place!

Everything was lovely.

This was one of my favorite homestays in Sri Lanka. The family is very kind and welcoming, and they were happy to answer my questions, which I appreciated. The location is outside of the center of Kandy in a calm residential area, which I actually really liked. The prices for the services are very honest. I would very happily stay again.

The hosts were really friendly and fulfilled all our wishes. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food is very tasty! We were going on a Trip with Dilnash in their Tuk Tuk and he also brought us to our next stay. He was really helpful and kind and suggested many interesting things, would definitely recommend! :)

Place feels like coming home. Owner picked us up at the train station and was our tour guide for our stay. He fixed everything for us. Lunch was also very nice. Milena is an excellent cook (I want to ask her for a cooking class when we come back!). Room was clean as well. He even helped us to arrange a ride to our next destination. We recommend this place and we're definitely going back.
