The balcony sliding door wasn’t sealed properly and flies and even a little lizard sneaked in. No big deal but still!

The location is excellent 5 min walk to the Main Street. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The fan and aircon worked quite well and the swimming pool was great. The manager also let us stay longer to wait for our night time flight (paying a bit extra of course).

Location is perfect. 1 min walk to Shady lane cafe. The host organised us good scooters in 5 minutes. Would definitely book this hotel again.

I didnt like our family room with kitchen, kitchen was smelly and outdated, whole room smelled as it was on the bottom floor (not sure if the smell was mold cause I didnt see any, or it was some strong cleaning staff). There was a hole between the wall and the balcony door filled just with toilet paper. Because of this I was worried about mosquitos getting in - but it was not an issue, hotel staff burned these special candles in front the room and outside so none got it. The only thing that almost got in was a scorpio, there were 2 in front of the door one night - its not a hotel issue, but just to be aware as it was bottom floor. Also spoons, plates etc in the kitchen were smelly and a bit dirty, probably there people dont use it that much, we also booked it only because there was a fridge. So, I do not recommend family room with kitchen, but double rooms are really great :)

Great location, quiet but still very close to the city and the beach (just walk down the street and through paradise hotel, approx 5min). Very close you can find great breakfast spots (Shady Lane or Coco gate). As we booked 3 rooms since we were a large group I can recommend double room (not family room with kitchen). Pool was great always clean and nice. Hotel was very clean, staff was amazing and very very helpful. They clean your room per request (as everywhere in Sri Lanka). So I really cant complain and would definitely come back (to double room). So, thank you for a great stay.

Great value for your money .Big, very comfortable rooms with a small balcony and clean pool at the courtyard . Well working AC and plenty of hot water. Close distance to main street and the beach.

There were many insects in the room when I arrived (mostly flies, mosquitoes) . Sadly, there is no mosquito net and for that reason, you cannot open the balcony door to let some fresh air in.

Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are large and comfortable. Good, quiet location only a few minutes walk from the main road where all the shops and cafes are, as well as from Mirissa Beach.

There was no Restaurant and no food service to the Room. Some time the power went of and then it’s getting hot. The generator if on has not a nav power to make the AC going in the Room.
