Located close to Sigiriya, the room equipment is a bit older but it is balanced by a very friendly family. Very tasty dinner and breakfast!

The stay at Asiri was wonderful. The owners were so friendly, the changing traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and the owner even drove us to a nearby dinner place and picked us up as well. He also organized a TukTuk very early in the morning to get to lion rock. We really enjoyed our stay here and would always come back. Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere. :)

Everything. Quiet and peaceful area. Coffee, tea, fruits to welcome us. Asiri and family are so nice and helpful. Asiri drove us to the town with his tuk tuk so we can have dinner. Biiiig and delicious breakfast. Perfect stay.

Honestly the value for money is great, there is nothing we can say here.

We loved our stay at Asiri. The location was excellent as a base where we explored lions rock, did an elephant safari and visited a Buddhist cave temple in Dambulla. The hospitality at Asiri is excellent, with cups of tea and a feast of a dinner offered on one of our nights at a small price. All of the excursions were organised through the host who also has a trusted tuk tuk driver so you can be sure you are paying a reasonable price for getting around.

Asiri and his family truly made our stay in Sigirya. Excellent guidance and help with organising our 2 days there, plus serving delicious food! Would highly recommend this lovely homestay with it's lovely garden!

The visit to Asiri home stay was a very pleasant experience. Asiri and his family are a kind and wonderful people. Very hospitable. The breakfast was really generous and served from the heart. We also had coffee/tea and cookies waiting for us after each return from the tour. The room met our expectations, corresponds to the quality/price ratio. In addition, Asiri recommended us a driver (Mr. Priya), with whom we spent several days of travel in Sri Lanka and for which we will be forever grateful. Unforgettable memories :). We will remember this stay very nicely.

There was nothing I didn't like. For people who want to be closer to Sigiriya town, this homestay is slightly further out than some of the other guest houses, but it only took about 20-30minutes to walk right up to the entrance of Lion's Rock. In a tuk tuk this would be about 5mins.

Asiri and his family were incredibly hospitable and made my stay truly enjoyable. They served delicious breakfasts everyday and made a big effort to make sure I had the opportunity to try a lot of traditional Sri Lankan food. The room was very clean and comfortable. Asiri also drove me to different sites like Pidurangala at 5am in the morning and to Dambulla bus station (which saved me having to organise a tuk tuk separately).

Amazingly friendly and hospitable family!!! They made the best breakfast and dinner and helped us organise a safari and Ayurveda-Spa-day and gave the best Tipps for the Pidurangale Rock! The room had AC, a fan and a mosquito-net - so there was nothing missing! And there weren’t even mosquitoes in the room. The shower was hot, the bed and room very clean. The room was big and had enough space to store our backpacks. For the power cuts they gave us lights for inside and outside. The WiFi worked very good.

A to Z were exceptional. Mr. Asiri and the entire family were not human but 3 superior quality Angeles. In my 40 years of travel time, they are the best in my book. I am also in the vacation rental business, but I am not even close to Mr. Asiri rather I need to get at least a few years of training from him just to get 10% of his customer service knowledge. I missed the dinner but the breakfast was extraordinary, I am sure after serving us such a huge breakfast he had "0" profit in his pocket. Mr. Asiri, we wish you the best and you will always be in our prayers.

The value for Money was excellent. The hosts are super friendly and help you a lot during your stay. The helped us to organzie some Trips as well. We also liked the Food they served and it was always a lot.

Overrated. The double bed was too short which is the first time this has happened to me, but still, not comfortable at all. We're about 1m80 tall and we had to sleep diagonally in order to fit the bed. Also, in the night there was a rather loud noise from the next room, from the pump and from the road in the room. But then, almost every accomodation in the area is on the road so maybe that is the case with every place. The pump stopped later in the night and the guests next door fell asleep as well, so the rest of the night was OK

Super nice and attentive hosts, offered us a beer among other things, which was very timely. I mentioned curd at some point in our conversation - and next morning enter a huge jar of curd for breakfast dessert. Voila! That was very nice. Also, they gave very good advice on activities in the area.
