This is a superb guesthouse in a very quiet neighbourhood. The owners, Ron and Brenda, were fantastic hosts. They really care about your comfort and with providing useful information about the area. The English breakfast is absolutely lovely! Do not hesitate to book this place!

Lovely owners, very helpful and good company. Beautiful garden and pool and easy to reach Main Street on foot for good restaurants. Liked the help yourself fridge (snd honesty box) for beers, water, biscuits, nuts etc and free tea and coffee. All together a great stay after a long flight

If you are looking for a guest house to dive into authentic Sri Lanka, this place might not be right for you. It feels quite European.

Stayed here for 2 nights after arriving early in the morning in Sri Lanka and we liked our stay very much as a relaxed start of our trip through the country. The room, the house and the garden with pool are spotless clean, beautiful and just high quality. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach just 5 min away, also restaurants near by. The owners, Brenda and Ron, who moved from England to Sri Lanka many years ago, are super nice and welcomed us warmly. Breakfast is good, also try the Sri Lankan traditional option!

Maybe there could be more than two sun beds at the pool. Also a mosquito net might be nice. And a safety box is something that I personally missed.

Have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Everything exceeded my hopes. I can heartily recommend this place to anyone visting Negombo. Brenda and Rob are absolutely amazing and kind people who made me feel very welcome. Really got my few days of rest and relaxing here, for the end of my Sri Lanka trip. The hosts also helped on arranging the airport transfer late night etc. Location is good, nice reastaurants close as well as the beach. Property itself was as presented in booking.com pictures and description. Breakfest was very good having the option of english breakfest or Sri Lankan breakfest. Bed was comfy and it was silent during night time. The place is very nicely decorated and garden is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse with a pool and delightful hosts. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge for the rest of our journey. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to book accommodation here again on our way back. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and we appreciated being able to purchase water, drinks, and snacks. The pool was a refreshing oasis that rejuvenated us. The owners are fantastic hosts, and we highly recommend this place.

It was just amazing! The Hosts Brenda & Ron are a lovely couple with a warm and friendly heart. They helped out for every question we had - food accommodations, spa/massage (next to the house is a veeeery good one), transport to Kandy. Also the Guesthouse itself is beautiful with a great swimming pool after a busy day. I highly recommend there Guesthouse, and will come back whenever I'm in Sri Lanka.

Hospitality and information from Brenda, Ron and staff was exceptional, we were so well looked after. Pool and gardens were so comfortable to laze in. What a little gem to stay at for a real chill and only 5 mins walk to restaurants and bars. Brenda also put us in touch with Debs to book our onward tour with driver. Would definitely recommend and one day we hope to return.

Brenda and Ron were perfect hosts. They are absolutely lovely, Take a white glove to check , but you will find their accommodation is the cleanest ever. Breakfast was fabulous. Their garden is impressive with lush planting around a lovely pool.
